    Default Bet365 Now Terminating Suspended Accounts

    I've been working over the past few weeks with my account manager to ensure we are compliant with the latest conversations being a few hours ago. Now I have just received this email stating they need to reduce the number of affiliates and are now terminating my account.

    Not a great way to treat people who have been promoting them for years.


    Dear Affiliate,

    Thank you for replying and accepting our Policy email dated 05/10/17 relating to your affiliate account.

    As a responsible operator, we must ensure that we can work compliantly with all affiliate partners. To ensure such compliance, we feel that it is necessary to reduce the number of affiliate partners that we have. It is with deep regret that we are therefore sending you this email as notice of the termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you with immediate effect and require you to immediately remove all bet365 promotion.

    We apologise for any dissatisfaction in advance and want to be clear that our decision is simply to ensure that we can continue to meet our legal and regulatory obligations in a focused and streamlined way.

    Notwithstanding this termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you, we recognise and appreciate your hard work during our relationship and, subject to the below and as a gesture of goodwill, will therefore honour your revenue share payments for customers that you have already referred to us.

    Despite the fact that our affiliate marketing relationship with you has ended, you will be able to continue to login to your account in order to check your balance and make withdrawals of these funds.

    To enable you to receive commissions from customers that you have already referred as outlined above, we will need to verify that you have removed all promotion of bet365 from your sites/channels and you will have to ensure that clicks from your advertising do not appear within any of our future reports.

    Please note the 50 minimum withdrawal requirement will still apply due to costs associated with payment processing.

    If or when we are in a position to enable you to promote bet365 again in the future, we will of course be in touch and would hope that at that time you would be willing to work with us again.

    Please respond by the 5th January 2018 with the following -

    - Formal confirmation that you accept the terms above.

    - Formal confirmation that you have removed all bet365 promotion and exposure from all of your website(s) and marketing channels and that you will not promote bet365 in the future without our express authority to do so.
    If we do not receive a response from you by the deadline and/or we find that you have breached the above then we will withdraw our goodwill offer to pay the commission on referred customers outlined above and you will not be entitled to any such payments.

    Once we have your reply and have verified that you have ceased promoting bet365, we will advise on how to process your withdrawals moving forwards.

    I just received the same email after being sent a different one on Friday asking for Website URL's. A complete U turn, I wonder if they're actually keeping anybody on.

    Same I got an email on Friday, outlining what we needed to do to get the account re-opened.

    Got very same email. Replied that I accept the terms and now it's just wait again. It would be nice if I am able to make a withdrawal before Christmas but I'm not very hopeful.

    the same mail, after 6 years, the problem will be with the cache from pop's used until 2 months ago, i still have 20-40 clicks every day from the cache of browsers, bet should understand that is something normal to have another few months some clicks from the cache, or they have to redirect these clicks to some 404 page.

    What a great Christmas gift from 365, they snail paced around and ignored emails for 2 months to tell us all this, it took them two months to send us all a copy and paste email. Laughable, oh and we are approaching 3 months without payment.... Just great Bet 365, thanks a bunch.....

    My account was never suspended like most accounts on here.. I replied and complied to all requests with no issues as most of their concerns was for betting and casino and they always responded promptly too so this was actually a surprise to me tody as I am a bingo affiliate. I don't believe this is anything to do with compliance and just some excuse for something else behind the scenes.

    Sorry to hear that guys, I've not heard much from them yet but certainly a time of worry.

    I am not too sure form the email above, are they saying they will keep paying monthly for money earnt from those already signed up under you or just the money owed up until the time of termination?

    I believe they're going to continue paying every month as long as you don't do anything wrong.

    Ive been told that they are disabling all tracking and old links. So that you wont be able to do anything wrong so dont worry about that.
    All current and future revenues will be counted.

    Next week that should be concluded. So maybe you will be able to withdraw next week.

    Btw. the title of this thread is a bit misleading. They do not terminate just suspended accounts. They also do not terminate just small affiliates. God knows which metrics they are using, but I think Racing Jim was right when he proposed that they used the 2 months stall for gathering some data and then they decided which affiliates they want and which they do not.

    Either way it would be nice if other closing affiliate programs used this way. It should be mentioned at the court with Skybet fuckers.
    There is no upper age limit but people over 60 years old are not recommended to trade bitcoin in consideration of price volatility and risk tolerance.

    Open a bet365 account and get it paid into there then it doesnt cost them a dime. then withdraw it from there. make sure you deposit 5 in the first place on the card you wish to use. then take it all back out at once.

    I have stopped using pop's 9 months ago, but still have 40 clicks per day.

    uhh i hope that they will disable the links as fezzer said, i still have from time to time 1-2 clicks even from links used 3 years ago.
