    BetPhoenix Casino Changing Software?

I just noticed this on the BetPhoenix Casino website

    Dear Customer,

We apologize, but our online casino software will be unavailable for the next 7 days while we migrate to a new software platform. We hope this change will allow us to better serve you. All balances will be transferred, and payout requests processed. Our current support will stay in place to help you with any questions or doubts you may have about this transition.

We are here for you and our commitment to your satisfaction remains our #1 priority. The move is strictly focused on improving our current customer experience, and we hope any inconvenience that may be caused due to this transition will be offset by the improved gaming experience we will be able to provide.

Thank you for your patience and kind support,

    The BetPhoenixCasino.com Team
What's going on?? I never heard that software was changing. Does this mean it will no longer be RTG?
It sure would have been nice to be updated on this.

Finally got the email on the software change. I only wished I had known earlier, I spent a lot of time adding betphoenix to my site as an RTG casino.

They are headed to (ugg) Rival...

    Dear Affiliates,

I am contacting you to inform you that our senior management has decided to switch software providers. Each software provider allows for a different way of operating. Many intricacies are involved which make it so that the same business model will work differently on different platforms.

We feel the way we have operated so far on the current RTG platform, and the projections we can expect from that make it so that we are not able to provide the level of service that we deem necessary to running a successful, long term casino business.

It is because of this that we have chosen to re-launch our casino as a stand alone Rival Casino. We will no longer be using the RTG software platform. All players will be migrated with affiliate tags to ensure you continue to receive credit for players you have sent us. Commissions, promotions, bonuses and VIP levels will also stay the same, with a few small variations to the comp point system, as well as a few reload bonuses.

In regards to tracking links, we are trying to ensure the old ones get forwarded to the new ones. However, this will require testing, and we are still working on ensuring the casino is properly functioning.

We expect a good 10 days before we are back and working as normal. Our staff will stay in place both for affiliates and players to ensure the smoothest transition possible.

I will be keeping you all updated as we progress. If you have any questions, concerns or comments regarding this topic, feel free to contact me, I'm here for you.

    Kind Regards,
    Nicolas Johnson
    BetPhoenixCasino Affiliates Manager
