BetPresto do a Grand Prive and close affiliate accounts

A while back i posted about a European sportsbook that closed my affiliate account, they were called winunited.

Their excuse was mixed at the time and basically they said it was because i was earning them nothing and so forth.

Anyway since then winunited have been renamed uwin.com and they have closed every single affiliate account down.

In effect what they have done is rename themselves and close all affiliates down and steal all the players.

Another sportsbook that did this was called Sunderlands, they closed my account down stating they were moving to a new system etc etc then they renamed themselves betpresto.com

And yes you guessed it they have completely deleted everyones affiliate account then rebranded.

So thats the new policy to get rid of all affiliate accounts even though they were lifetime players, which is to close all accounts and rename their company.

A trick Grand Prive must of missed.

Anyway in my book they are as follows

Betpresto.com rogue stealing affiliates money and players
Uwin.com rogue stealing affiliates money and players

    Edit:

I have more info to add

Sunderlands who stole affiliates money and players have not only rebranded to betpresto.com they have also rebranded to sunderbet.com and here is the killer, sunderbet.com have the cheek to offer an affiliates account and say this on their site

30% Profit share for lifetime of all referred customers

    They are unbelievable

    So let me add this

sunderbet.com rogue stealing affiliates money and players

Oh and Sunderbet and Uwin are both licensed by the Malta Licensing Authority

Time i went to war with the MLA, i live in Malta and can begin knocking on their door and in fact time i spoke with my local MP about this.

Its the rebranding and setting up of another affiliate program that gets me

Grand Prive stole once and got hammered, sunderbet aka sunderlands aka betpresto are setting this up like some sort of criminal enterprise and getting away with it.

Guess who licenses the grand prive groups "other" affiliate program, the Villa fortuna affiliate program.

Yup you guessed it, The Malta Licensing Authority.

Now they are just going to gather a new set of affiliates and act like nothing is wrong. Unacceptable.

A couple of days ago i asked Martin to hold fire on this issue to allow the GAU to enter in to discussion with Win United, this he did and i have some news to bring to you.

There will be a solution to the issue with Win Utd and i will be posting all the details in full within the next 36 hours.

I am positive that the solution will leave all affiliates very happy.

Sorry for being cryptic, however, all will be good.

Sunderlands still have the same address:
    Sunderlands Online
    Unit 2B
    BMW Building
    Rue D'Argens
    Gzira, GZR03
    Malta

Rebranded Sunderlands to Sunderbet for Europeans, and Betpresto for the US market, shut the old aff firm down and opened a new one.

Betpartners should not have to knock on the Meltese regulators door.

Hi all, first timer here so excuse any forum faux pa's.

At least 3 weeks ago I noticed that Betpresto was re-directing me to Sunderbet. I jumped on to their LiveChat and they acknowledged that they had shut down BetPresto operation and gave me an email address to write to. I subsequently did this and they almost immeadiatly replied acknowledging that they had a Betpresto account in my name for over 1000EUR and how would i like the money sent to me. I requested by email for a moneybookers withdrawal. Since that date I have had no corresspondence from them AT ALL. Sundetbets LiveChat take no responsibility for any of it.

After much frustration I moved on to complaining to the LMA?? Maltese licencing anyway...They stated that they would look into my problem. Today I received an email from them stating that as BetPresto was not in their juristiction they can do nothing to help me.

I guess i'm kissing my 1000EUR goodbye but I am very suprised that a company of Sunderlands statue would behave in this manner.

I noted above that Sunderlands was doing all of this rebranding to rip off affiliate programs, I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem.

    Cheers

Yep. Betpresto closes owing players money.

Unbelievable for an old name like Sunderlands to fall apart like this.

    Bet Presto

    Joey / all

The company are still in operation though trying to scam customers of sunderlands/bet presto with their delay tactics.

I have been in contact with the Racing Post and they are very aware of what is going on.

They do need people to speak out otherwise its no story - you need to get in contact with Bruce Milllington at the Post as soon as you can.

A contact at the company is Matthew.Attard at sunderbet.com - lets see if he can come good...

    BetPresto/SunderBet Thieves

    Hi again,

I have contacted the Racing Post with my problem but am yet to receive a reply from them.

I sicced Moneybookers onto them hoping that they can put some pressure on as well, I really think that my (and everyone elses) money is long gone.

A real pity about Sunderlands, I always had great respect for them, alarm bells should have rung for me when they shifted to Malta, the licencing body there is next to useless.

I dont know what else to do except make as much noise as possibly so that hopefully no-one else give these thieves their hard earned monies.

I would encourage anyone that is out money to complain to their payment provider (netteller, moneybookers, any of the others). With enough complaints they will have to pull their services as payment providers.

    cheers

    Police involved

The Maltese Police are in contact with me and wish to know what has gone on.

It might help but try this address anyway - the person is based in the Economic Crimes Division.

I am sorry to say I do not agree with you I the LGA in Malta are top class and stand out against many others.

The LGA Malta deal with player complaints and issues in an outstanding manner, the also insit that players deposits are ringed fenced which means if the company goes under players do not lose the deposits which in my mind is truely a great thing.

Do you think the likes of Kahnawake are better???

First time me seeing this thread BP. I will do my part in one way or another. These flaky criminal programs are real bunch of As**holes.

All their info will be on my site this week right after I am complete my ten page Grand Prive fact sheet lol.

My first experience with them was reasonable. My second problem (BetPresto/sunderbet) has not been handled well at all. I have had little communication from them and they dont appear to be helping at all.

The LGA is aware of the Betpresto/Sunderbet problem and are doing very little (at least publically) to keep these people in check.

I hope they are doing heaps and saying little but an update every now and then would be nice.

We will see what happens with the Maltese Police and also Moneybookers beginning to take a real interest.
