Default BEWARE !!! of AffEurope and City Club Casinos

I apologize first for my english and grammar

NOw back to the story, I started to promote some Casino Rooms which I made totally new, after the LAC in London where I met some Casino Manager.

Also an Affiliate Manager called Meital Hillel ( female ) , we agreed on a Deal and i integrate the Casino "City Club Casino" into my site, wrote the review everything fine.

Now i wanted to play at this Casino and see how it works, so i start to deposit 50€ with a 400% bonus , which I have to wager 20x , after that i deposit again 50€ and got a 100% Bonus again with 20x wager requirements.

As i lost all time and also was bored i deposit over 100€ with a bonus . Same here no chance to clear the wager requirements.

SO then I decided to deposit 500€ and send before that an email to the support ( as there was not support Button on the Client )

And asked them in the email to dedcut my Bonus as i dont want to play with the 20x wager requirements anymore.

I got no answer back and i was starting playing, and hit of course and won a small amount of 750€ and now i try to cash out ( of course nowhere it says how much u need to wager more to be able to withdraw , so u have no overview about this ) , i tried it several times and always it says, You cant withdraw as you dont me the requirements.

After over 8 hours i got an email and they say , they blocked my account for further Bonusse.

    WTF !!!!!!!!!! 8 hours later

I spoke to the Affiliate Manager and told her Im not accepting this , it cant be that a support is acting 8 hours later , she told me she will speak with the responsible person and come back to me.

Ofc she didnt, after i threat with going public with the matter she say :

[5:52:12 PM] Meital Hillel: Marc will email you, he is checking the issue
[5:55:53 PM] Meital Hillel: you got an email
    [5:56:19 PM] XXXXX: which email
[5:56:45 PM] Meital Hillel: whats your email address

So , I looked to my email and got this as an answer

On the 5th of March 2010 you opened a player account through your own
affiliate link at Affeurope.com (affiliate username - ammo007)

You deposited an initial 50 Euro, you then made a further 3 deposits
which in total came to $1,056.43 and you proceeded to lose the vast
    majority of the balance.
I must state that according to our terms and conditions Clause 5.6 it
    clearly states the following:
    /
'It is not permissible for an affiliate to become a player at any of
AffEurope’s properties using their own links. Such a player will not be
considered a referred player in their affiliate account And will be
regarded as a fraud player. Furthermore an affiliate who attempts to
play at one of our properties using their own links other than a
preapproved test by AffEurope Will be in breach of our terms and
conditions and we reserve the right to withhold both affiliate and
    player payments in this situation.'
    /
You have made open threats that you will go to Affiliate and player
forums in regards this issue. I urge you for your own reputation not to
do this as the decision that i have taken has been with the approval of
the heads of several leading forums.

After a complete investigation involving our head of Fraud and myself we
have concluded that the betting patterns and the amounts were clearly
not used as a test but to defraud the casino.

The management at AffEurope have taken your claim that you signed up to
test the casino as serious. Having investigated the matter i have no
choice but to suspend your affiliate account with immediate effect.

If you wish to continue playing at our casino you may do so but it will
obviously not track under any affiliate user.

I hope this clears up the issue

    Marc Benezra
    Affeurope.com

I want to make clear, my point is not that i want my account reffered to me, Im complaing that the support didnt act in time ( 8hrs later) and i cldnt withdraw any money of my winnings because of that.

What the hell is wrong with them ? CLosing my Affiliate Account
Anyhow after that i found a bunch of players who are complaing of her Casinos all time. They dont pay players and they are the most shady Company i ever met.
Im telling here what happen to me, so that before someone are starting to playing there is thinking double and triple before depositing any money into their Casinos.

Her sites are Crown Europe Casino aswell and AffEurope is her Affiliate program.

    Many issues here.

First, you should not have signed up under your own links, this is prohibited at 99.9% of casinos, you should, prior to signing up, clear your cookies so that this won't happen. If you signed up to "test" perhaps you should have tested the casino before you wrote your review and promoted them.

Second, you need to always read the terms and conditions of a casino, not only for your own benefit, but for your players that you will be referring as well. There are times you may see a predatory term in there that will either steer you away or perhaps ask more questions about it. (Might even get the casino to change the term too).

Third, you mentioned that a bunch of players were giving the brand a bad rap, that they were not paying out players and overall you feel it is a shady casino, again, you should reach this conclusion prior to promoting a brand.

When you jump in without performing your due diligence you are setting yourself up to fail. Always know who you are getting into bed with. (I speak from experience, I goofed more time than I care to reveal in my early days).

It is a scary world out there, we as affiliates should be dedicated to promoting and recommending only the reputable brands. I am not saying this group is not reputable, I do not promote them. But, if you would have tested and studied before promoting, would you offer the brand to your visitors?

I understand the pressure that you get at the conferences, the AM's job is to gain new affiliates, strengthen existing partners and get the brand out there. One thing I have learned is to say "Your brand looks good, I will have a look over the casino and do some research once I return to the office and if it all looks good, we can start working together". By doing this, you avoid making major errors (to a degree) and give yourself the option of turning them down if things look dodgy.

Yes, I can understand your frustration... but imagine every player signups under his affiliate link and keep playing without a worries of loosing of all his money.

So, maybe their fraud department is working perfectly? If so, it is only a plus to casino operator.

Isn't the point of this thread/his complaint that he wanted to deposit and play without bonus but had to wait for 8h to receive an e-mail which dealt with an entirely different issue? No doubt that the casino is allowed to close his aff account over this but it seems to me that it's beside the point.

tbh I didnt know , that is against the rule...but as gamingbutler says, this is besides the point, Im complaining that i want to play without Bonus and they didnt let me , as they react 8 hrs later

and ofc they can close it, but is that the way a company should act ?

As I said also Im mainly Online Poker Affiliate and there it was never a Problem that i made an account which is tracked to me ...this may cause another situation and industry, but still I expect to get a better service even when its an Online Casino

Let me explain it like that, would you like to advertise a Casino where your customers will complain ?

Next Point : I had a special Deal with them, I asked the AM to sedn me over the full details over the Deals, but she said : Players have to contact Support and they will explain them the deal ???????

So I deposit and the Support was actually right away there and told me about any Bonus blablabla .... I asked them about the Deak , told them the Sign Up Bonus Code .

But they didnt know anything about this Promotion after i made now some researches, I even think my Deal wasnt even a legal deal on a Playtech Casino.

But as normal, instead of getting answers, they close the acocunt and dont want to have any hassle or problems, so Im posting here to show how shady her business pratcise are.

If they will come to the Point to solve it anyhow I will be the first who says , a bit late but finally its solved.

This is the jist of the complaint - that support takes 8 hours to react to an email and do something to an account.

Frankly, that doesn't surprise me. In fact taking JUST 8 hours to reply to an email is actually quite good compared to many other sites.

Unfortunately, I don't find 8 hours for an email response bad at all - which is an indictment on service levels generally. Nearly all internet betting sites are completely understaffed when you compare their agents to the number of potential customers.

Of course, the best solution is online support via chat button to handle this situation immediately. But it was not the case. And if you start playing with bonus money in your account - well then you accept the bonus.

I understand why the OP is upset - because now he cannot withdraw winning amounts without reaching T/O threshold - but to be honest when the OP started to play with the bonus still sitting in his account he has accepted the bonus terms.

If the OP absolutely did not want the bonus - then the OP should have not played until AFTER the bonus was removed - even if that means waiting 8 hours, 24 hours or more.

    ------

The rest of the thread, about signing up through affiliate accounts, not referring ANY other players is not relevant to the main point.

Sorry 8 hrs is too late, in fact they claim to have a 24/7 hrs Online Support

Im not sure where u are playing but where I play they act much much faster as 8 hrs, even Pokerstars is faster

another point is when they sign up, they immediately come online to get me make a deposit of telling me Bonus here and Bonus there , then later no online button there anymore ... in my eyes BS

Well, I am sure you promote Pinnaclesports and they claim to always respond within 15mins and, truth be told, they are mostly even faster than that!

But yeah, many books out there whose CS will need hours and hours to respond, that's true.

Bwin doesn't even have 24/7 CS

    Default city club casino

CITY CLUB CASINO is TOTAL SCAM SITE site - even when using the best betting strategies where your chance of winning should be more than 99%, city club takes all your money (including those ridiculous bonus amounts they entice you to deposit cash with). One of them is sitting there behind the pc and controlling the outcome of each bet you place!
Once my money runs out they then aggressively pester you with phone calls (needless to say the origination of the number is hidden) and emails offering you unbelieveable bonuses to give them more money.
Then when i tell them to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM, they refuse!

    Arrow Aff Europe Management.

Aff Europe take all claims about its casinos seriously.
To say this about City Club Casino * 'One of them is sitting there behind the pc and controlling the outcome of each bet you place' *is incorrect and damaging.
City Club uses the exact same software as William Hill, Eurogrand, Europa Casino, Casino Tropez, Mansion and casino.com. This software is run from the world leading software provider Playtech.

If you have had a bad experience as a player please write direct to the casino and ask to speak to the actual Casino manager as there are terms and conditions in place to protect you if you feel you have been badly treated.

and than ....the actual Casino Manager will help the player ??? I dont think so, anything he will find in the Terms and Conditions ...and when not they will change it right away.

As i said before, if you want to keep your customers as an affiliate , I would not work with them . They are cheaters in every way....and her strategy is to sit it out. I get no reaction from them .... so its clear what they are thinking. They dont care about customer and affiliates as long as they earn some bucks and when not they will change the name of the affiliate site or the name of the Casinos one day.

From my experience, calling support for any Playtech Casino and asking to speak to the actual casino manager... is usually a call center that handles support for many Playtechs and isn't very helpful. If things have changed and these casinos have their very own in house support, not being used by other casinos... then I'll be very impressed.

I've always found Playtech support to be frustrating as a player.

I've also always hated those automatic bonuses. When I make a deposit, I'm doing so to play right then... not 8 hours later.

The affiliate should not have opened his player account under his own affiliate link. But most programs would simply remove the affiliate/player from their own link so that they can continue to play in the future. I'm surprised that wasn't offered here.

As far as the bonus goes..... you don't play a cent until it's removed, even if it takes forever. If you don't want to wait... do what I did and play at a different casino or software that doesn't automatically put bonuses in with every deposit. If you do want a bonus removed, never email.... that will always take the longest. Find live chat if they have it. If not, pick up the phone and call support. Any support person should be able to remove a bonus as long as the request is made before you wager even one cent from that deposit/bonus transaction.
