The good news here is that all the pages on this thief's sites are in the supplemental index. While there is no guarantee that they'll remain there (but it's a safe bet that they will), at least it's not affecting your site at the moment.

Scratch what I just said, I spoke prematurely - these are redirects, and probably 302 redirects...

Been through this, google hijacking, with a site that was sailing high on google. Still haven't recovered the rankings I lost.
