Hi everyone,
I feel obliged to make a public post wrt Big Daddy’s Casino.
Please understand that I am unable to post as many facts as I would like due to legal constraints.
I do feel however that all of the members here have a right to know the situation and that Big Daddy’s Casino’s name does not get tarnished unfairly.
Before I continue I would like to thank the affiliates, players and some ex operators who have been working with me constantly over the past two months to help build my case against a company called “futurebet” who then changed their name to “IGS” and who have now changed their name to “GlobalGroupOnline”.
In a nutshell what has happened to Big Daddy’s Casino is what has happened to countless operators before us. Because of the legal constraints that I spoke about earlier, I cannot divulge the precise information pertaining to the Big Daddy’s Casino case.
I can however point readers where similar horror stories are already public knowledge.
Please just google the following: Ron katz+futurebet.
There are a few issues that I must highlight and they are:
1.BD will not roll over and die because of these unscrupulous software providers like so many before us
2.Our player and affiliate integrity is No.1 on our list of outcomes
3.Everyone’s money is safe – players and affiliates alike
4.We are already in the process of starting a migration to a new platform (a reputable one)
5.All players that stay with us after the migration will be credited to the original affiliate that brought them to us
It could have been easier for us to merely place the blame on our provider like many operators before us and leave players and affiliates to fight a losing battle with IGS. We have elected however not to do this.
We understand that for most affiliates this is your full time job. You work countless hours, 7 days a week, sacrificing so much to be successful in this industry. The last thing that you need is to not be paid, or to be paid late.
For this we cannot apologize enough and on the same token we cannot stress enough that you and your players will be paid out in full. Unfortunately because we were operating as a sub-licensee, our provider was managing our payment gateway and therefore the money. We have to let the law run it's course. This issue will be fully resolved on the new platform.
We are looking at other avenues which would potentially allow us to make payouts sooner, however we do not have access to the back office so we have no way of knowing who is owed what. We cannot emphasise enough that our first priority are our affiliates and their players.
As mentioned above, we are already in the process of migrating to a new platform.
The matter has been handed over to our attorneys who are dealing with it. I re-iterate, our first priority are our players and affiliates, the money that we as an operator are owed is secondary.
We are not looking for sympathy or empathy. We have been taken by a group of professionals that is a cancer to this industry. All we are asking is for a little patience while we sort these matters out.
No one is hurting more than Big Daddy at the moment and it is in our best interest to sort this matter out sooner rather than later.
There is so much more that I am desperate to make public, but at this point in time it is impossible. I am certain that in the very near future I will be able to. If anyone has a particular question, please do not hesitate to send an email to: inforatbigdaddyscasino.com and we will answer in as much detail as our attorneys permit us to.
Again I would like to thank the countless players, affiliates and ex operators who have given their understanding, support and information to help us finally bring this company to task.
