Just got this email from Mark at BingoMania.com. I can't find the T&C's on their site so I'm waiting to hear back from him about this crappy term:

Frustrating when you have been with a program for 7 or so years, sent thousands of signups, six digits worth of deposits, and they change the terms.

Their own affiliate website clearly states in big and bold graphics "Earn commission rates as high as 30% of net sales for lifetime of referred players"

So at the very least this is false advertising. Glad we haven't done any business with them.
