Chipleader....PLEASE stop sending us email from which we can NOT repsond....!!!

You send us email with black backgrounds and a white font, but if we try and reply to your emails we have to hassle with changing the font or we can not reply....

Maybe you just don't want to be in contact with your affiliates, or maybe you feel it is ok if communications from you are compeltly one-sided because it is pretty clear you don't care how much hassle the affiliate has to go through to reply to any emails from you....

I think you missed the point Danielle, what Rick is saying is when you send a newsletter the background is black with white text.

If someone wishes to reply they have to change their font color to white. This is a hassle when if you used a white background, the reply (and having the original content intact) would be faster and easier.

I know when I have a question directly related to an email, I want the original content in the reply so we have a "paper trail".
