The reason I ask this is because I have been owed affiliate commission since 12/08 till present. when I tried to contact frank fennel, the casino manager I was told he no longer worked there, I was given the contact information for Richard. at betphonix.
I then contacted richard and was told they were worried about paying off players, and would worry about affiliates later. and that was on 2/16

so if betot was a bussiness you were about to buy, who own's it now...

Betot.com was a business the owners of betphoenix.com where about to buy. They had actually moved into our office, and shared space, but the official purchase (read: send the guy some money) was never completed due to many reasons. After some time, they went seperate ways, and betot was absorbed by us, and clients paid off, and the site is basicly dormant. This was a huge deal for us here, and we still cleianing up the mess to this day.

Richard is the main manager / CEO of the betphoenix and all brands. Betphoenix owns and operates betmania, bogartcasino, affcorner, sports-1, and a few other properties. Mike is the COO (operations officeer). I am using these titles so you undersatnd roles in corp, actul inhouse titles differ

Mike was the owner of betmania, and assists in all brands.

Frank Does, the purchase never happened. At this time, the business is dormant ( I have not spoken to Frank in a long time). We did try to pay off many of the players for a couple reasons

1. The show good will to the industry
2. Get the players to come on board to betphoenix.com

Part of the arrangement as we would run Franks affiliate program, and we had it in affcorner briefly. We no longer have ANY dealings with Frank, and we have had several affiliates of his call us. Sadly, there is no documentation on any deals he made with affiliates, that he left behind. Ihad a couple come to affcorner and push other brands, and the best I could do was gve them extra bonuses on players they brought to us. I do not have authorty to speak for Frank or BetOT, and I am sorry for any issues he has with you.

If you like, I would be happy to chat to you and make you some kind of AMAZING deal with one or all of the current brands to try and help you make up the hit you took by BetOT.

Easy recommendation, The affiliate should have the option to forward the players to a legit company like betphoenix or at least get the info to email her signups regarding the situation with that inhouse rogue sportsbook and recommend them to betphoenix.

This would be something Frank would have to authorize. On hi site he still claims 300 per player sign up. I have no idea how he plans on doing this and make money...If it sounds to good to be true.....

Why would "frank" have to authorize this? He isn't paying the bills.. He is using BetPhoenix software and name.. Something has to give here and the Honest affiliate shouldn't be the one hurting over this.

However I wish she would have started a new thread as I want to Praise Aff Corner for the job well done for Bogart Casino.

Hi all

Was reading thru and just wanted to give my experience with Jack as he's been over to our forum (tempted to call it his, he's so active) and its all been very positive ...

I've been lazy about getting his and Wager X 's programs up on my sites and this has been a good reminder to make that a priority.

To my knowledge AffCorner / Jack are new to the communities I frequent (which I think are very prominent) and because of that I'm usually very unlikely to be so quick to consider promoting the properties associated but I feel pretty confident about Jack's being on top of the game and until I see a situation NOT handled with the .... efficiency (really the best word that comes to mind when thinking of Jack) ...

I'll be the first one on his ass after saying such nice things about him ... without compensation (everybody has their price ... mine is $49.99 ... contact me via GAP )

anyway he's truly been a positive experience and as such HAS already paid his 49.99 for this endorsement ... of course that never covers tomorrow's costs and we won't know if they've been paid until the end of the day but there's no better prediction of the future than the past ... so rock on Jack ...
