When will this be finalised, for those of us who like to plan ahead?

I was under the impression that this would be for next year since Alex told me in London that they moved Budapest to September this year so all the summer clubs were open.

Nope sorry its for 2011 as following London wee got a lot of feedback that they didn't want to go back to Buda so rather than guess it we thought we may as well poll it.....Results are now in and we are just checking we can definitely get a venue/hotels so will have it all love within the week.

I voted for Budapest, but from what I read between the lines I guess I was part of the minority ...

I'd like to know too. Since Barcelona is in the mix, and since I'll be going one way or another this year, it'd be handy to know if I can combine my visit with this event.

Do we know when the decision will be confirmed, whatever it is?

Sorry for delay - We are currently checking venues etc but its 95% likely barcelona Sept 7th - 11th - Milan would have been nice but I have read it is pretty grotty and very industrial plus it would have been v expensive. With Barcelona, we have a venue that is central with hotels nearby and its still fairly economic....plus the weather will be great at that time of year

In total we had over 1,400 people fill out the survey so massive thanks!!! Some interesting results but Barcelona was the clear winner for both affiliates, vendors and operators (46%) with Milan second (36%) although interesting to see how affiliate and operator views are different slightly - see attached chart

My experience of Milan, albeit brief, was of a bit of an industrial dump. So no loss there.

Could have something to do with the filename - it's happened to me a few times when filenames have characters other than letters/numbers.

99.9% - Very unlikely to change - I will check tomorrow but I am almost without doubt that they won't move but nervous to say yes and then you go and book a flight etc.
