    I'm trying to reach my affiliate manager without success for over a week.

    These guys (from referback & wagershare) came to me at AAC and promised everything will be smooth and that they'll take care of everything
    I need, I had a personal AM and now no one responding my emails (from Referback and Wagershare) and I can't access my affiliate account which is locked because I follow the "automatic merging account wizard" they put inside...

    My affiliate manager at Referback was in contact with me via Skype, I could talk to him on a daily basis, we had a meeting at AAC and he said he'll help with anything and now he's not connected for over a week, I got no email from him saying he's on vacations or something
    he is systematically ignoring me !

    I dont know who is my affiliate manager and this is the most worst thing.

    I must say I'm extremely disappointed by Referback & Wagershare for this clumsy merge and shameless treatment after over 14 years I'm promoting their brands, I'm going to remove them from my sites
    And I dont care about the fact they "choose" not to reply affiliates in this forum, its basically their problem not ours.

    I also tried to contact them using this form by the way - https://www.buffalopartners.com/contact-us
    Which is how surprising - not working !

    The terms say payment will be by the tenth working day of the month. That was yesterday, August 14. Anyone get paid yet?

    I got paid from Buffalo Partners, so everything is good here. If you didn't get paid I suggest you send an email to Andrew he has been very helpful.

    Andrew has been very helpful and replying every email after I've been waiting for my affiliate manager to reply for almost a week.
    He also said I'll receive July commission but still nothing...
    Can you advise which by method you received your payment? wire, skrill,... ?

    You should get paid in the next payment cycle (within the first 10 working days of the month)

    I got July payment, however since the merge my account is not doing the same results as the last 3 years
    Conversion is down, and earnings.... lets see how september will be

    Another month started and I still miss the good old referback... , everything is wrong with this new "buffalo" program,
    no new depositors since this merge, not sure what they did but it smells bad !

    I have a mix of results similar to both elgoog and ocreditor ...
    The revenue generation from existing customers is Ok - but no new depositing customers at all.

    I had a great month last month and average so far this month. One of my best trackers is showing no players for either month though which is really unusual.

    This is actually the same I experience, but also the revenue is lower from existing players

    - lower revenue regarding mobile players
    - lower revenue regarding new players

    one must consider

    - Riverbelle, Mummy Gold, King Neptunes are open for (new) players but BP is no longer tracking our affiliate code, no redirect for our traffic in place.

    To summarize the merger : it will cost us dearly.

    I get the impression they do very well ; no longer need us.

    Its indeed looks like they are doing very well without affiliates

    The removal of Riverbelle, Mummy Gold & King Neptunes from the affiliate program is scandalous!
