Are you talking about a small banner?

you can either hire someone to make it for you or create it in a graphical editing program like photoshop

Although I am not a graphics wiz, I might be able to help you with a few buttons etc depending on your needs.

I would not charge you a lot, and might even consider bartering.

If you Google open source buttons you may find some premade available too, I know at one time I had done this to find some. I am assuming you are talking about sign up, download, menu buttons, etc...

There are some open source (free) sites that you can create your own and download the image.

Gimp can do that for you, it's an open source alternative for Photoshop it got some premade buttons and banner you can customize to fit your needs.
