I'd maybe understand if you are reselling on a high level, but if you are only selling to one buyer then surely you know that it is the most profitable option.

it's a good question with logic answer.
Yes it's a real money making option with real revenue. Since i made the whole package, i have two monetization options for it.

The first is to start the business for me and profit from it in LONG TERM

The second one is to sell it quick for a smaller amount than th elong term revenue.

Since I decided to get the short therm revenue i try to sell it, if i don't succeed than i still can start the business for me and get the long term revenue, but this don't works backward.

Email lists can't be used only for spamming !
Emails can be more valorous for other things, however depends on you what you do with the email list, also you don't have to use it if you have the business, you can only sell it. However depends on you
