Can I promote these guys?

As Cpays I would never but I'm wondering how they are now. I read the gpwa posts and see alot of complaints. Is it safe to promote them with honest results and good service? Is there a particular affiliate manager I should contact?

I too would like this information. Anyone that can provide me details in how they work, payments on time and communication with affiliate managers please would be appreciated. We are considering advertising them, but I am getting emailed from other affiliates saying they don't pay and when they do it's months down the track.

So far the affiliate manager i have spoken with their is really nice, but for the last couple of days i haven't been able to contact him.

Imho, I think that they have upped their game considerably. Payments are regular, they are happy to be contacted on MSN and send through a monthly newsletter with future plans. You will always get a certain level of customer service with them, purely down to the culture, but they do well for me.

As for contacts try jonathan.davis@williamhill.com or josh.portnoi@williamhill.com - afaik Josh isnt an Aff Manager any more, but I think he manages the Aff Managers so he will point you in the right direction.

Yeah, you can promote them and things should go okay. I've mentioned in another thread that support at AffUtd seems to depend quite considerably on who you're dealing with. I'm working with Jonathan and he's on the ball.

The Cpays name will always be a stain on the AffUtd reputation. There's no getting away from that and no point pretending otherwise - BUT, things seem okay at AffUtd and have been for some time now. There have been a few niggles but nothing any worse than I've experienced elsewhere. Payments arrive promptly and regularly.

I'm confident you'll be okay promoting them.

On Saturday i promoted the David Haye fight on a boxing orientated site and placed a 468 x 60 William Hill banner on a prominent page. The page received just over 10000 impressions throughout the day with at least 50 William Hill banner clicks, yet my stats fail to show any of this. I used the live help within affutd.com and the lady verified my affiliate details then visited the page and verified the banner code had been implemented correctly. I then proceeded to explain the situation and asked her to check my stats for Saturday, she then proclaimed she couldn't access my account due to data protection. I'm somewhat perturbed as I could have promoted another brand instead.
