Unless 'tomorrow noon at latest' has another meaning I am unaware of, I have not received a response. I have now closed my affutd account with immediate effect. There tech team state all banners are tracking correctly, by my calculations they have selective tracking at approximately 20% of the actual rate. I can only speak for my own experience with affutd as i am sure many of you will have positive ones, but i can categorically and unequivocally state i will never promote them again nor recommend them to any of my counterparts as i have zero faith in there statistical transparency and there ability to accurately credit new referrals to my account.

    Response from Affiliates United

    Hello again,

I had to miss work due to a personal issue, I won't get into that, I usually respond quicker and I think several affiliates in this forum can back me up on this, customer service in my eyes is one of the most important aspects of any business.
Regardless, I checked the statistics and it is as you described, I've requested from the account manager to look into it from optimization point of view but I just see that you've taken a different decision..

I hope you have more success with other programs, although I think it's a rush decision and I hope you will change your mind...

Good luck and all the best,
    Eran

How are people doing with affutd nowadays? It is bad for us, which is no doubt our fault. But we seem to send so few sign-ups to them and when we do send a few they never stick around. We cant get off the ground with these guys and William Hill is such a huge name to promote, the conversions and the retention should be excellent. But it isn't for us. It's terrible. As I say maybe it is just consistent bad luck month in month out and year in year out. Of course we are trapped in negative carryover and we have been for months and turnover is so low.
Even when we get a big casino player they never lose and our sportsbook players, those that don't disappear, only play for pennies! It just does not follow the pattern of our other affiliate programs. But I guess you can't win them all.
We have had limited casino activity this month, though in the past few months some days have seen good turnover (but of course no profits), no doubt from one or two players only.
For instance, what are the odds of this? This month, on August 12, the affiliate stats show our players' casino activity stats for that day (I guess one casino player) are:
    Casino Bets: $11,324.70
    Casino Wins: $11,324.70
    Casino net gaming: 0
I mean that is amazing, what are the odds of that happening?!
We are thinking of doing affutd a favour and dumping this program, because we simply can't do them justice. They dont need an underperforming affiliate like us. It is not like they are making any money out of us with all our bad luck and we have proved ourselves failures for a very long time now, really pretty much since the affutd brand was created from a merger of a few other esatablished affiliate programs. I think Cpays was maybe one of them. I think those August 12 stats are the cherry on the cake. Someone from above is telling us it just aint ever going to work! What's that old poker song about knowing when to hold 'em and knowing when to fold 'em.
We have never stopped promoting a major UK brand to the UK because we were so feeble at generating any revenue for them. So before we take this unique and drastic step of calling it a day, can I please hear some success stories from affiliates to reassure me it is just our bad management that we do such an abysmal job for affutd? After all, William Hill seems to be all over many affiliate sites I see, so you guys must be doing well out of them?

I feel for ya, justbookies - it's frustrating as hell when you can't convert a program into profit, I know. I'm getting the same crappy results with another big UK brand - 32 Red - where everyone seems to win and I receive $0.00 month after month, despite plenty of activity. But I digress. For what it's worth, I'm doing okay with WH - their stats are shoddy at best so I can't provide detailed numbers (I can't even see new depositor numbers and have given up getting support to provide them) but they're making me a regular and growing profit each month, so it's working somewhere for me.

I always get paid by AffUtd by the 7th every month.
I was just wondering if any affiliates have noticed a big drop in commission on the last day of every month? It's happened to me the last few months in a row, my commission would slowly increase day by day then bam, on the last day it drops considerably over the course of a single day always on the last day of the month.

Not seen anything like that deanimus.

I'm actually a huge fan of Affutd although they do get a few bad reviews around there. Our aff manager is always around and happy to help with any queries as well as set-up tracking codes etc.

First time casino depositers are sometimes lower than other brands but we seem to have a knack of getting whales with William Hill, which more than makes up for this.

I can see why - they have crazy deposit/withdrawal limits. I think the debit card limit is something like £100k per transaction. Plus transactions are super quick.

There's just something about the association with cpays that gives me the heebies...
