I think your posting on Saturday when the office is closed had a direct result on the lack of response. They are in now, should here something soon... If you need a contact address let me know, I have several of them in my contacts.

I'm not sure if this issue is related the issue communicated in your other post (http://www.gpwa.org/forum/stats-issu...tml#post671430) which was responded to by my colleague Louis this morning. Can you please PM the details of this issue (should it be different to the other issue)? We would be happy to look into it right away.

Thanks Guys.. i know office was closed weekend. Thanks for being on top of it Monday. I was a little frustrated along with my AM that its been over 10 days to get some issues fixed as they continue to pile up with stats troubles.. Apparently it now finally being looked at. If not fixed today I will update,
and we can go from there.

So apparently there are 3 parties connected to all this
The program I work with, Income Access which provides the white label affiliate software, and the While Label Program that provides the Software.
From what I understand its now the White Label Software group who has not been sending daily data of player deposits and game play.
I am going to see if this is resolved to my satisfaction before i provide updates..

Further to Louis' response to your other thread, we wanted to give you more contextual information after speaking to our account management and IT teams. We will PM you with more details about your specific questions.
Income Access prides itself on our ability to provide high servicing levels to all of our clients and affiliates. Daily checks are in place to flag any missing data, and our dedicated account managers tenaciously follow up with clients and their software providers about any outstanding matters on their side. No payments should be made for affiliate programs which are missing any data.
As affiliates are a core part of our business, we value your feedback and know that our relationship and reputation with affiliates is a fundamental part of our success. We do pride ourselves on our service and as such we would like to rectify this and deal with the matter urgently.
As already discussed, we will be sure to provide an update asap.
