I don't know of any program that allows that. In fact if you make a test signup under your ref. code, you should write to the sponsor and notify him that you have done this.
Actually, although it's rare, there are a few that do allow it.Just make sure you read the Aff agreement.

Though it is strange for me. Aren't webmasters usual players? Or casinos afraid to get negative opinion from playing webmaster?
Unfortunately there is a lot of fraud on the net and some webmasters will make multiple signups to get referral bonuses if they are available.
Not only that but casinos take the view you have a distinct advantage - you are getting between 25 and 50% of your losses back - they dont like that :LOL:
