Well to be honest, Kerrie wasn't helpful, at least to me anyway. The only one that ever respond and actually took care of payment was finance, (and I always had fun chasing payments with them).

I did get a reply from Sam via affiliates@cashcade.co.uk - basically send in your IDs and finance will sort out final payments.

Apparently Bwin will be at LAC so if you're there go and have a chat.

I did to but when I asked him about the final amount as well as a buy out figure to cover all residual income from my players he stopped short, and said that he is not responsible for that, and then stopped replying to my emails.

Guess we'll just have to see if these magic buyout figures actually get paid.

Received no emails at all from them about this, not even the one the OP posted.

Here's an interesting lead on what exactly is going on. I've also started a thread in the Activewins sponsored forum (can be found here). Now that we know who is taking over the marketing for Foxy Bingo/Casino, there should be someone specific to chase down with issues and frustrations.

Note: I do not do business with Activewins and I did not do business with Cashcade, so I have no contacts at either place nor do I have any vested personal interest in this. I do think the move is shady as hell though.

Thank you Shay for providing that info (here it is direct):

Who on earth will promote Foxy brands going forward after GVC Holdings has deliberated avoided a migration to activewins (income access software) and just shafted them?

I'm sure affiliates will if Active Wins dangle a big enough carrot. I suspect that they will be going on the charm offensive with some of the bigger bingo affiliates first. Once they've been brought back in line then the rest will be soon getting emails telling them that "conversions are going through the roof" ...

Mind, how you rebuild trust after this I don't know. Active Wins have been given a poison chalice to play with.. let's see how it works out for them.

I've seen them at ICE also. Usually brands like this instruct their clowns to tell a story. They will have a look at it, they don't know about it, it's a lie, they will ask their manager bla bla. You won't get an answer.

    Hi

I was wondering whether anyone could help.

Wegenerate a reasonable amount of money through lifetime players from Cashcade and are verydisappointed in the way it has been handled. We did not even receive anotification email, nor have we had any response to any of the emails we havesubsequently sent them.
We are seriously considering legal actionagainst then. Is anyone able to provide me a copy of the T&Cs so I can pass this over to our legal department for review. If anyone could share this information with me, it would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I dont have the t&cs, but I reckon you would ideally want the earliest version possible (ie: the nearest to what you actually agreed and before they amended them numerous times without your agreement). Please keep this thread informed how it goes. Happy to contribute if you get to court.

I know Michelle through competing sites, and after an email from her I started to do a bit of digging... always forget about the Web Archive when wanting to view old versions of pages..

So in 2005 (the earliest available version I could find)
    https://web.archive.org/web/20051217....com/terms.php

The bad news is that "TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON, BY EITHER PARTY" is in those terms. However, and this may interest plenty of affiliates it also states "On any termination of agreement the affiliate will continue to receive revenues from his players for a period of 3 months after termination"

These terms do not change - based on the Web Archive pages - and in 2013 they're still the same.
    https://web.archive.org/web/20130722....com/terms.php

In 2014 there were changes made to the terms (and as far as I'm aware this wasn't notified to affiliates by Cashcade?) ... https://web.archive.org/web/20160424...ingo.com/terms

"You will continue to receive commissions revenues with respect to the profits generated from your players until the end of the calendar month in which this Agreement was terminated"

Nothing is archived for the terms when the links changed to https://web.archive.org/web/https://...osys.net/terms

Jason - Thank you very much for this and taking the time to have a look. I will pass all the information over to our legal department for review.

I will post any updates on this board.

    Thanks, Michelle

The three month compensation after termination rule was "standard" with most of the "similar" sites.

I didn't highly promote them because of the lack of affiliate support and communication but partnered with them for 9 years. They did convert though. Such a shame indeed. I did receive a response from finance saying to send in my id for each brand for final payment. Has anyone received any news on potential buyouts? It's the least they owe us. Not sure why these big brand names don't care about their reputations. Like they won't be going to the top of our Rogue list. This will only hurt them 10 fold in the long run!

There was not a buyout. They are closing the affiliate program on one affiliate platform and opening it under another. They are stealing the players, as the players will not be transferring over to the new platform. Basically, they are screwing affiliates.

It's all gone radio silence now. Got the December revenue at the end of January, after that no contact and no further answers to enquiries.

They really do not care about if you put them on your website, in which section and they even do not care if you or I put them into a rogue section or a blacklist. They have a different approach. Affiliates are for them annoying and a cost. Also, it seems that some loan slaves at their office have some kind of a personal frustration when they see the invoices coming in. Maybe they will behave better towards some bigger affiliates.

I was given a 450 payoff 'offer' in the email, I enquired more about this i.e. when it would be paid and also about January revenue. Suddenly everything is silent. I get the impression that's the last we'll be hearing from them, which would be strange given the content of the email as what's the point in lying about it? It kind of would achieve nothing. An odd situation - especially to then read that Active Wins have taken over the Foxy program.
