Casino Classic - Casino rewards program
Hi,
This is to let people know about the casino rewards program and how unfair there system is.
In regards to Casino Classic, I used the £500 free bonus 1hr play to sign up. I have never used online casinos before and was delighted that I actual won £168.00 above that £500. In order to claim this you have to deposit £20, and then these winnings are deposited to what’s called a bonus account, which I did.
They separate out your money as follows
Cash Balance
Bonus Balance
From that £20 I deposited, I won £450.00 which is classed as your cash account. I decided to cash this in. When I went to the withdrawal section it wouldn’t let me. So I called there Customer Service, they said that I couldn’t withdraw any money and have to wager a minimum of £5040 (30 times the original bonus amount won of £16 to be able to draw any money out. So your own cash and own winnings are not available until that wager has been met.
I would advise people to steer clear, if you deposit any money you cant get it back because of the 30 times rule, its a total con.
Thanks for your time

It doesn't seem unfair.
You really have to read all of the bonus play through requirements. From what I understand your telling me is that are making you play through 30X your bonus of $168, roughly $5040.
Your actually kind of lucky because as far as bonuses go you got $168 for a $20 deposit with the pending play through of 30X? That would be 800% bonus with a play through of 30X. Actually that's pretty good. In theory, you should be able to play pretty much any game and still be on top.
Good luck.

Thank you for posting this Moon33. Excuse my ignorance but I had no idea there was WR. I figured once the hour was up the balance above 500 was yours providing you made a 20 deposit.
thanks

Casino Rewards is one of the good guys. However ANYTIME enter into a bonus situation. You must understand the rules and frankly... I never recommend anybody accepting bonus offers.
when will people learn that nothing in life is free? there are always strings attached.
had you started out just playing your 20 deposit.... you could have without doubt cashed in ...... no questions asked.

yes, I agree with guys, and I also don't recommend to get any bonuses from a casino(it's just my opinion). It's always better to deposit your own money and play and then withdraw without any problems (but sometimes there are also wagering requirements, for ex. in Sun Palace Casino to withdraw you must wager your deposit 5 times, but usually there are no wagering requirements if you don't take a bonus).

I think the terms were clear on this one, but Casino Rewards is still among the two lousiest MG groups out there! They have kept up dirty tactis to not honor Comps Points or bonuses for years and I can only warn players (and affiliates) from staying away from this joint.

I can't disgree more. where have you been? do you check out your accusations?
CR tries very hard to satisfy customers. I know because i stand behind the casinos I recommend and very, very receive complaints about them.
do your homework.

I've done my homework... Quite well, actually.
If you are cheering for Casino Rewards, then what do you base it on? If you check the most frequented (player) gambling forums out there you will see that this joint does not get anything but unsympathy! Though the majority of complaints is about bonuses, I have yet to read about -one- player to report anything good about them!
For years C.R. has applied wagering requirements for previously -lost- bonuses and locked Comp point accounts after players collected bigger sums in it. As a matter of fact, I am a victim of their Casinos myself and have been locked my Comp Point account with over $1000 of bonus money in it for more than a year now! The last they did was to give me a "personal host" a several months ago, but all he did was to support the previous positions about locked Comp Point accounts. Honestly, I do not know what happen at Casino Rewards over the last couple months, but they previous years are enough of a warning for me.
I also know a good amount of very high depositing players, and none of them received any special attention from Casino Rewards. I absolutely do not see any reason for anyone to play with this company, do you??

Hi moon33
Before playing at ANY casino, you should ALWAYS read the T&Cs of the casino AND the bonus if you choose to accept one. This is the responsibility of the player. After all, you wouldn't get a bank loan without first reading the T&Cs would you? And if you would, any fees and charges related to your loan would be final considering they were in the T&Cs.
If you would like to PM me your account number I can have someone from support management contact you, however since the terms of obtaining a bonus clearly state that if you deposit to claim the bonus you must wager that bonus 30X before cashing out, I'm not sure there will be much they can do.
I have highlighted the terms that apply.
It can be found here: http://www.casinoclassic.com/promo/signup.asp

In the interest of avoiding any confusion related to this promotion and the winnings transferred to the Real account, you are committing to the wagering requirements in accordance with the normal Terms and Conditions.
These include:
-Your deposit may be cashed in providing any minimum bet requirements associated with redeemed bonuses have been satisfied.
-Bonus amounts credited to a Player's bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed in.
-Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the play through - up to 100%, towards the required play-through.
The contributing percentages are as follows:
Slots, American Roulette and Parlor Games count 100% towards wagering requirements
Table Poker, all Roulettes excluding American Roulette, Casino War and Sic Bo count 50% towards wagering requirements
Video Poker, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack, Craps and Baccarat count 10% towards wagering requirements
Classic Blackjack counts 2% towards wagering requirements

And regular terms and conditions: http://www.casinoclassic.com/help/termsconditions.asp
Quote:
Cash Account Terms and Conditions include:
For players who receive a first deposit or sign up bonus, a minimum of 30 times the bonus balance must be wagered prior to making a withdrawal from their Cash account. Please note, as a player's bonus balance clears from their bonus account to their cash account the wagering required to withdraw from the cash account will also decrease.
For example, if a player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $1,500 based on a game with 100% wagering contribution (e.g. Slots, American Roulette and Parlor Games) before attempting a withdrawal. Similarly, they will have to wager $3,000 based on a game with a 50% wagering contribution (e.g. Table Poker, Casino War, Sic Bo and all Roulettes except for American Roulette) and so on.

If you have any questions, or wish to PM me your account number, please do so.
Cheers
Renee

I know from 7 yrs of being in the biz that I have NEVER had a player bring me an issue that CR didn't satisfy.
And I cater to big players.... not bonus chasers.
IMO...... you don't have leg to stand on.
