Casinoglen and his Customer Support

Hi all,
I like to give thanks when someone or a company gives outstanding service!

So this goes out to Casinoglen (John) here at GPWA!

What I've done is purchase 2 hosting packages, and I must say that besides his very low prices his service is number 1!

I've emailed John I think atleast 50 times over the last month and John answers me very quick each and everytime with a pleasant response! Although some of my emails are novice questions John takes the time to fully explain and Help in detail. This man is unreal.

If you've never had a chance to work with John your really missing out here. If your hosting (as was my case) gives you bad service or alot of downtime don't hesitate to give John a shout! You'll be so glad you did.

So in closing Thanks John for taking time with me and helping me setup!
Hopefully I'll eventually let you rest :LOL:

I don't know quite what to say, or how to say it!

The single most important thing to me is to make sure I provide what the customer or client has paid for, and to do whatever it takes to make sure they get it. Customer service in a lot of companies in this day and age has taken a serious nosedive.

If you need help, whether you are new, or experienced, then it's my job to do that.

I don't think I would be around very long otherwise, and besides, my conscience wouldn't let me sell something to someone and then forget about them!

I sincerely appreciate this post. I hope you realize the full impact of your words on me. This means more than you know to me.

I appreciate having the opportunity to work with you now and in the future, and remember, I'm only an email or a PM away!

I wanted to add my 2cents. Though I have not hosted with CG, He has helped me out on occasion and I must echo the sentiments already established.

I can't imagine him not being a good choice for any kind of partnership or endeavor, ........ except sharing a large sack of cash.


okay, he'd probably be good for that too, but I'd like to formally announce right now that if there is anybody in need of a partner for sharing a large sack of cash, that bb1 has first dibs.

*note- any partnership entered into with bb1 is with the understanding that he is NOT the one to provide the sack of cash.
