Full Tilt Poker has been very quiet about their non-payment to players since the Black Friday indictments effectively stopped their U.S. facing operations. This week, however, they issued a statement that was predictable at best... blaming the Department of Justice for the payment delays. Also, J Todd looks at poker traffic on the web and welcomes two special guests.

Hello all...

We are not really sure why You Tube decided to pull this weeks video. I received an email stating the video had been taken down for violating "community guidelines". However, we all went over the video back and forth and could see nothing that would have justified this action.

It seems that the video was "flagged" by someone for content, which would indicate that the person who viewed the video either decided it was not appropriate or that it was spam. We believe that "spam" scenario is most likely because of the wording we received. But since we have not had any reply to our questions to You Tube we're still having to guess. We've narrowed it down to the following:


1) Some how a tag we used caused the video to show up in a non-relevant search return. This would explain the flag as spam, but it still perplexes up as the only tags we used were: "online poker full tilt fulltilt payment"

2) Someone at Full Tilt flagged the video because we used their brand name. This also would be weird since we've used the terms in many of our videos, and there are literally hundreds of other videos on You Tube with "full tilt" or other variations in their tags.

3) It has something else to do with content (including my statement that they had their "pee pee" smacked), or that I had two six month old babies in a gambling video. Neither of those make sense either, considering we've done and said far worse.


So to surmise, we have not the slightest frickin' clue why the video was taken down. We do know, however, that Google thinks pretty highly of themselves and their interpretations of their rules. When they do eventually reply I feel I'm in for a hell of a fight. Fortunately, I'm quite used to battling stupidity by this point.

Glad to see it has been reinstated! So worth catching a glimpse of thosetwo gorgeous girls at the end of the video .... Hmm on the other hand I do have to see JT for all those minutes again....)))
