Unless I am mistaken, this sounds so very similar to things that happened with Maxima....
I sorta remember them leaving a bunch of hanging back then to....

As stated in the announcement, all obligations towards our affiliates and players will be fulfilled completely. September's affiliate earnings have already been paid and October's will be processed by 15th of the following month. Players with positive balance on their casino account are kindly asked to contact Class 1 Casino support on support@class1casino.com to be able to process their funds immediately.
I would also like to emphasise that our disagreement with Playtech has no connections to William Hill.
