Question Club Gold Remote Gambling License Questions

Just in case it was missed due to being burried in a post about a player issue:

This should not be very difficult to answer since the rules in most jurisdictions reguarding this are pretty clear.

Carmel, let's not let this thread go beyond seven days for you to respond to it. Although, we both know that I've already asked this question much earlier in another thread.

You have unresolved issues & unanswered questions from members in this forum that you are committed to answer and address. Please take a quick moment to provide the answers and give these things the attention THEY DESERVE.

I will not ask nicely again.

We would like to advise that Club Gold Casino holds a valid gaming license issued in Curacao, as stated on the casino’s website. The casino is presently waiting for its licensing body in Curacao to provide it with an appropriate seal, which will then be placed on the casino’s home page.

So you just applied for a gaming licence? According to their website, it takes 2-4 weeks to be set up - unless of course, there are compliance issues which would not surprise me in the least bit.

For the avoidance of doubt, Club Gold Casino has held and continues to hold a valid gaming licence in Curacao from the day it started to operate.* This will be confirmed once the relevant seal is received and placed on the website.

One of the conditions of the licence is placement of the seal.

So in other words you have NOT recieved it yet?

If one of the requirements of the license is to publish the seal, and you have not done so, either you haven't got one or you are not following the terms.

Could you tell us what the license application date is? I mean, what date did you actually file the paperwork to get it?

Unhappy Proof: Club Gold Casino used an unauthorized seal of Curacao eGaming

The following screenshot was made 2 July 2013:

    Source: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/gpwa-i-ask...tml#post724715

    Look at the near bottom:

And now the screenshot of the same website area of Club Gold Casino from today:

Look at the right end of the graphics. You can see / not see the (missing) blue yellow seal with the star?
It's the official license seal of Curaçao eGaming.
You can see it in big here: http://www.curacao-egaming.com

Do you want to take a look for a legal seal?
    Look here: http://www.wantedplay.com
Go to the bottom. You will see the seal, and you can click on it to validate!
This is a real and legal seal.

    And Club Gold Casino?
    The seal was not clickable.
So i and other untouchable persons started investigations because using an illegal seal some people call it's criminal but at least cheating, lying, foul playing.

This is the result of some simple questions:

    Dear Mr Friesen,

Thank you for your email regarding your complaint with Club Gold Casino (clubgoldcasino.com).

This website is not licensed by the Gambling Commission as their remote equipment is based outside of Great Britain.

Many gambling companies are regulated in more than one jurisdiction. Often the name of the regulator will be displayed on the homepage of the gambling website (the Commission requires this of the companies it licenses) and/or within the terms and conditions, but you should check where each particular product is regulated.

For example the betting may be regulated in Great Britain while the casino games are regulated under a different jurisdiction. You may also find that clicking on a link within one website takes you to another webpage.

Please contact the company directly with the issues you have raised and follow the companies' complaints procedure. If they fail to respond in a satisfactory manner then please ask them for the details of their regulatory body for you to escalate this matter.

    In this instance I believe the details of the regulator are;

"This brand is not authorized to display our badge. A valid badge links to a verification page."

The screenshots and the correspondence are the 100% proof, that Club Gold Casinos is a cheater and a conscious liar.

    Double check proofs?

    ---

After Club Gold Casino get caught in cheating they removed the seal some weeks ago from the casino website. You can see it in the screenshot, until today.

But Club Gold is taking the readers for an idiot.

Not only readers. Players & webmasters too!

We would like to advise that Club Gold Casino holds a valid gaming license issued in Curacao, as stated on the casino’s website. The casino is presently waiting for its licensing body in Curacao to provide it with an appropriate seal, which will then be placed on the casino’s home page.
They are waiting for a seal after removing the illegal used one.
Taking the people for an idiot.
This is a great casino, trustfully, honest and ethical, or isn't?

And the other seal, the GPWA seal?

"The Seal of Approval signifies that the operator of the site is a current GPWA member in good standing who has agreed to abide by strict criteria designed to ensure that the highest ethical standards are upheld at all times and in all situations."

    Source: http://www.gpwa.org/portal_sites/portal_seal.asp

    "the highest ethical standards"

With this case GPWA is at a crossroad.
    You have to decide.

I want to first thank Leopold for the extensive work he put into this, I know you had a lot of other pressing things going on too.

I don't have time to dig into this right at the moment, but I am sure a few others will put forth a little effort into helping to verify this information.

Club Gold Casino: We turn your gold into hot air!

    Stupid cheaters.
Used unauthorized a license seal, that is clickable if it's real.
    Very stupid.

Club Gold Casino: We are welcome on every place in the internet.

Place 44 with the own brand.

Club Gold Casino: We do not give out our license number because we say, it's confidential, and we can create a seal for it, if you don't believe us. And please, we are staying in contact with all the forum chiefs, because PM is our way into the dark, sorry light.

    Hello,

thank you for the information. The casino don't want to give out the license number, because they said it's "confidential".

My question, and it's important for me: Is a license number really confidential material?

    Dear Leopold:

Thank you for your mail. The license number is certainly NOT a confidential matter. In fact, it is the ONLY way to verify if the company is licensed or not.

Club Gold Casino: We are cheaters and liars but we hope, our own created evidences, our lawyers, our pressure, sponsoring and manipulating will hide the truth as long as possible to make more money. We know, many webmasters are only looking for the money and not at the character of the casino and the affiliate program.

"the license number is certainly NOT a confidential matter."

But exactly with the "confidential" argument many players was muzzled e.g. at Casino Meister.

You see, money makes the world go round.

    Carmel,

you are a liar, a cheater and a shame for the whole casino business. This is no insult. It's the truth because proofs exist. And in every free country you can call a liar and cheater what he is if proofs exists.

You maby think, all people are stupid or you can buy the people, and nobody will take the time to make investigations, writing to license companies.

I have it black on white from the license company, that you and your buddies have used an unauthorized seal of Curacao eGaming on your website (http://www.gpwa.org/forum/proof-club...ng-213546.html).

After your dirty casino get caught you have removed the illegal used seal. There are screenshots and the correspondence, and there is no chance to manipulate it from your site this time, because this official correspondence with Curacao eGaming (seal owner) and the screenshots are more trustfully then your words, excuses or other yadda yadda, any other yadda yadda from you or other people.

You can cry via PM if you want, as you have done it in the past many times. Your buddy DinoG is online these days too. Surprise, suprise! But you can't do anything against the proofs, screenshots and the official correspondence e.g from Curacao eGaming.

I wrote you in June, that you should don't underestimate me. You have abused this forum with your dirty tricks, but now the game is over.

Maby you can buy some people.
    I am independent.
And i am not alone with this.
More and more users are looking behind your mask and finding the truth.

Don't take all people for an idiot, Carmel.
They are not as stupid as you think.
Should i tell you, which kind of people are stupid?
Cheaters, who are using illegal a clickable license seal without the possibility for the validation click.
It's clear, why it was not clickable.
Because it was an illegal use and no validation exist.
And then removing the illegal seal after get caught...
This kind of people are really stupid.

    Shame on you, Mr. Carmel!

    Leopold

For the avoidance of doubt, we would like to reiterate that, as previously stated in this thread, Club Gold Casino has held and continues to hold a valid gaming license issued in Curacao from the day it started to operate. The relevant seal has now been received and has been placed on our website. In addition, all the relevant documentation has been provided to the GPWA, proving the validity of our license from the outset. We expect that the GPWA will shortly be posting a statement to confirm this point.

We would also like to clarify the question about the logo of Curacao eGaming which was previously displayed on our website. This was the result of an honest mistake on the part of our web designer, who added this logo wrongly thinking that all casinos licensed in Curacao are licensed by Curacao eGaming and are therefore entitled to display that logo. As soon as this mistake was brought to our attention, the logo was immediately removed and both Curacao eGaming and Gaming Curacao (our licensing body) were contacted to clarify the matter. Throughout this time, we have always correctly stated that we are licensed in Curacao, which is now confirmed by the seal of Gaming Curacao.

It is very disappointing indeed to see a handful of members come forward with inaccurate and/or false or misleading statements and accusations, with the single purpose of damaging the image and credibility of the casino and its representatives. It is also very disappointing that these members, failing to provide any concrete evidence to support their claims, resort to posting obscene, hateful and vulgar comments, often in breach of the GPWA forum rules. We fail to see why any personal attack is necessary towards the Club Gold Casino representatives, when all communication on their part has always been professional and courteous, providing their full cooperation.
