    Default club gold reverse in cashier my withdaw and now i cant log in the casino (resolved)

    hello everyone my name is Dominic I am a member of the casino club gold.
    April 9, 2014 I asked for the withdrawal of € 620 but on April 14 my withdraw was returned in cashier.the chat support informing me that there maintenance on the site and everything will be restored soon when I will be able to ask again withdraw.today April 15 I can not access in the casino .... I played with my bonus vip as always respecting the rules wager finished and asked for the withdrawal
    I do not understand what is going on ..... I ask you to help
    before winning these 620€ I deposited 240€ in total ....now i cant log in in the casino and i dont do nothing......

    thanka lisa newsletter informs me that the maintenance would end at 12 noon of today ... now is 15:30 afternoon and i cant log in okay I'll wait more time

    Business practices as in a banana republic?

    If I visit the bank employee to draw cash from my account, because the ATM machine doesn't work and he says "Oh no, not today! Come back when paperhanging is finished." then I would flip him the bird, close my account as soon as possible and switch to another bank.

    Read much of the player's t&c at Club Gold? I'd say they need more downtime... to make some BIG changes there.
