    Hey SGC

    Generally the most profitable brand depends on where your traffic is from. Usually Sportsbook converts best for US traffic, and Playersonly does nicely throughout the world.

    I have had nothing but good experiences with Commision Account. Stephen is great and will try to help you as much as he can.

    PlayersOnly does the best for me in Poker. Its in my top 5 top earners. While I have players at Sportsbook its rare I get new players for one reason or another. There is some bad press out there if you search for it regarding slow payments from Sportsbook.

    Payments from Commision Account are always on time.

    I feel I have an obligation to mention this. I have been testing them for a few years now with bits and pieces of traffic (500 clicks a month) and have been very disappointed with the conversions. They also baited me from the start by offering me 35% commissions for life in order to get me to join initially.

    Tow years down the road, they decided to renege on that offer, saying that my business "didn't warrant such a high commission rate". The other day another affiliate manager from their brand sent me an email offering to increase my commission percentage to 30% if I gave them bater placements on my sites (which is rich coming from them).

    His email:
    Hi Lou <O></O>
    <O> </O>
    Thanks for getting back to me so quick.<O></O>
    <O> </O>
    I have looked at both your sites and you have us down on the real-estate on your front page and Sportsbook section. How about I bump your rate from 25% to 30% on both your accelerated account for some better placement?<O></O>
    <O> </O>
    What’s your thoughts? <O></O>
    <O> </O>
    Cheers,<O></O>

    I gave him my thoughts...Here was my reply to his email;
    Russ,

    First of all, we were originally offered 35% for life when we joined your program,which was the only reason I decided to test you guys out and give you a shot. This was a while ago before we had the traffic we have today. However, on 8/10/2010, right before the football season, Stephen decided to reduce our commission percentage, reneging on our original agreement; stating that our traffic "didn't warrant such a high commission rate". I showed him proof of our original offer (which was for life) and our agreement with another representative of sportsbook.com/commission account. Stephen, continued to state that the offer was only temporary (which it wasn't) even though I showed him proof of our original conversation and agreement.

    As you might expect, I was highly disappointed and put off by this. Normally I would refuse to do any further business with a company that doesn't stand by their agreements (if you were a U.S. company, I would consider legal action). However, against my instinctive nature , I have continued to sent you normal affiliate traffic and have always kept your exposure with our base affiliates. Certainly, reneging on deals and commission rate decreases do not warrant any increase in traffic (normally this wouldn't warrant additional business of any kind).

    Furthermore, our top sportsbook affiliates & advertisors such as BetUS, Diamond Sportsbook, Justbet, & Oddsmaker are all paying us advance commissions (prepayment against future commissions) and we have made well over $150,000 in combined commissions from these books in 2010. We made over 60K just this football season from BetUS. Our traffic has converted at a much higher rate at these books due to exclusive bonus offers & landing pages, high credit card approval rates, and other perks. Additionally, we are making 35% for life at Diamond (they never reneged on their deal); JustBet and BetUS do not carry-over any red figures from previous months; and Oddsmaker continues offer us a variety of other exclusive perks (that they don't offer other affiliates).

    Based on everything I have explained above, I am sure you can see why we choose to provide these other books with better exposure and why a 5% increase in commission rate doesn't really "move the meter" in my eyes (especially considering what I told you about our orginal agreement with you guys). I've been doing this for 10 years. I am also a very experienced affiliate and marketer for online sportsbooks. I know what it takes to convert players. Our network of sites has traffic that converts for good books. Just like you, I am in this to make money. The books that make us the most money and make it easier for us to make more money (and convert players) are the books we work the hardest for.

    With all that being said, we still continue to send a considerable amount of traffic to commission account books. We have sent a decent amount of players over the past year using the current listings on our network of sites and some additional placements. Brobury also paid us a small advanced commission payment (which we worked off in a short period of time) when we started working with them and have sent them a decent number of active players (in just under one year). We will continue to send you traffic as long as we continue to see earnings and conversions. We will also replace a decent number of Brobury promotions with sportsbook.com promotions.

    Please let us know when our players from Brobury have been transferred over to Commission account.

    Again, here are our details;

    Our affiliate ID with Brobury: XXXXXXXXXXX
    Our affiliate ID with commission account is: XXXXXX
