I've told you what you're expected to do. While I understand the frustration that might come with the rules for the KYC, I don't make those rules, I only try to clear any confusion. So the rest is up to you.

Yes, I know this. I have also mentioned this in my post and in the email I have sent you.

Of course it is not true and 1XBet started this accusation after I have passed every ridiculous request you had in order to verify my ID. I knew about your reputation, but I believed I had nothing to worry since I played fair and I had nothing to hide.

It turned out that 1XBet are blatant and ruthless thieves. Your very good odds are nothing but bait for players you wish to rob. You pay small balances and rob bigger amounts.

It is ok, I have realized that I will never receive my winnings. I should have known better when I started playing with you, even though I was warned. I was naive to believe that the other incidents and reports I read in the forums were foul play. Now I know that they aren't and this is your business model; to not pay any winnings. My only question is why regulators, football associations, forums and websites keep any relations with you. Is the money you offer that good?

This is of course not the end, I will continue to inform authorities and people about your doings and tactics whenever I can. Of course it is a drop in the ocean with all the negative feedback you receive. If my actions can help a couple of people from being robbed from you, so be it.

    Disclaimer: I promote 1xbet

You understand the gambling industry quite well after this lesson, but you do not get the whole picture. It is the regulation that destroyed this industry. The regulation is now being used to drive affiliates who wanted to promote formerly honest bookies with honest affiliate programs into "alternatives". And if you are a webmaster and you have no alternative, what will you do with the traffic? You can either quit or do the moral compromises. Some people quit along with employees, some do not. So that is the answer why websites keep relations with 1xbet. 1xbet pay the affiliates unlike most other programs. That is it.

1xbet has very soft licence at Curacao as far as I know. I think that is enough said.

My point is that if you want to be protected by state, fine. But then just think again: it was this "protection" that destroyed everything. In the end it does not matter what we think or want, we all will just pay for our mistakes. But if you think more regulation will solve the problems, you are mistaken. 1xbet exists here because of regulation. Because the best bookies with the best programs like bet365 were expelled from many markets.

Good afternoon Mr. Todosov, it’s my first post on this community.

I always had normal relation with 1XBET, always able to make withdrawals with no problem at all. In fact I was surprised how fast the money was in my account.
The problem came last 20th April. I earned 800€ and I asked for the withdrawal. It was not approved cause they needed to verify the account. I sent all the documents they asked. On 28th April, my payment was approved but till now (07-05-2018 ) I didn’t get any payment. I’m in touch with them by email (chat just give redundant answers) and they are asking everyday my bank account details but not giving any feedback about what is happening.
    Is this normal?
    Thanks for your feedback.

So, in essence the answer is "Yes", 1Xbet pays a lot of money and people (websites) don't care about promoting blatant thieves. Their business model is pay a lot of money for advertising, harass players with exhausting KYC, finally pay small balances but don't pay big balances, wash, rinse, repeat. If you are naive/stupid enough to play with them you deserve it... Fair enough, but regulation doesn't force a webmaster to choose 1XBet to promote over any other unregulated bookie, since 1XBet is unregulated as well in most locations, no?

Other bookies had the same behavior in the past but none of them lasted as long as 1xBet has. It is amazing how the bad publicity from the countless posts and reports keeps this website alive. The answer is one: money. However, this can't last forever. The victims will keep increasing and at some point the bubble will burst.

In the twelve years I am betting, I haven't relied on any kind of regulation/regulatory authority to save me when things had gone wrong. I had always done my homework and was safe so far. Until 1XBet, which I profiled as a relatively big book with good odds that had problems with multi-accounts from Russia and other Eastern European countries. I was dead wrong, they will get your money whether you win or loose with lies and fake accusations...

I do not know who deserves what in this world. I used to be a professional sports bettor for 10 years. 99.9% of players not just deserve to lose money, but they lose it anyways. At 1xbet they are afraid of arbers and bonus hunters. I think they just protect themselves against those players that can potentially cost them a lot and they do it is very bad way, because a lot of lucky winners, who would otherwise lose the money are trapped in this way. I do not understand it and I do not justify it.

Fair enough, but regulation doesn't force a webmaster to choose 1XBet to promote over any other unregulated bookie, since 1XBet is unregulated as well in most locations, no?
There are not other good unregulated bookies sadly in most markets yet. I hope it will change. I am personally trying to change this a bit, because I am not satisfied with current situation. Everything changes fast. 2 years ago it seemed the regulation will be that you just pay some extra taxes, but maybe there will be more competition. Not that there will be just more monopolisation, more bullshit demands and just blatant stealing from affiliates. In a way affiliates are in the same position as you.

Other bookies had the same behavior in the past but none of them lasted as long as 1xBet has. It is amazing how the bad publicity from the countless posts and reports keeps this website alive. The answer is one: money. However, this can't last forever. The victims will keep increasing and at some point the bubble will burst.
Look at 10bet. They exist I believe over a decade and they stole big scale and they stole always from affiliates as well. Btw. from your writing style I believe you are in the industry for longer time and you are here for real profit not just for the hope of profit. You probably knew what you are doing and you were caught. Yes, you should be still paid, but you know what is going on here I guess.

But yes, there used to be a feedback loop. As the industry is monopolized there is much less competition and the feedback is not that important and 1xbet case shows it. This world is not generally a friendly place

Yes, you did not do the research right, because they are from other cultural circle. Their home customers from Eastern Europe are notoriously known for multiaccounting, shaving all books out of bonuses, because the value of identity in Eastern Europe is very low. I know what I am talking about because I am from there originally. So 1xbet took a hard stance against it and I think they did not adjust to western standards at least for western players.

I am sad about it even from a business approach. 1xbet is not stealing from affiliates and Eli for example is a good AM and I believe they could aim higher. This way there will be never real whales depositing 6+ figures there.

    Hello, Mr Todosov
My problem with 1xbet is that before some time after I won some bets they blocked my account with a total of 990 euro in it. Then I had to fill a stupid questionaire and after that they wanted me to send documents to prove the deposit of the funds and a copy of my bank card scanned. Even though I had sent them these things they still wanted me to sent all documents via post to Ukraine. I think this is absurd I dont want to sent my information to unknown people who obviously try to waste my time so they wont pay me. Can something be done about this matter? Or they will just waste my time with sending documents and wanting stupid things?
    Thanks, in advance.

It's two months ago now that 1xbet closed my account and kept my money. I did everything the security department asked me to verify my account. I uploaded a lot of documents and had to sent them again via landline post to ukraine. I even did a skype interview to verify my identity but the security department keeps claiming documents and asking questions which are not required to verify my account. Now I got a new questionaire. I answered the questions despite they are absolutely not needed or related to my 1xbet account. Why do you need the exact adress where I was born etc? So I'm pretty sure that their plan is to keep doing this until I give up and they never had the intention to verify my account and pay my money. I will update the process in this forum and other related forums to warn new people to open an account on 1xbet.

Hello Eli, instead of the result of the verification I got another request from security. They want me to answer the same form I already answered but now handwritten and send it to the post address. I don't get why I should send every form twice and also the questions are not suitable to help the verification process at all. Can you please recheck that?

    Hi Eli,

I hope you can help me.

I deposited about 400 via Ethereum (cryptocurrency). I'm now trying to withdraw 870 through Ethereum. Every time I withdraw it is cancelled, with the message "Denied by operator. (Payment processing error)".

This is the only method that I can withdraw, as this was the deposit method.

I have tried to speak with somebody on live chat, but can never speak to anybody.

    Can you help please?

    Thanks

    Hey there,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Security says they have a reason for this protraction. I understand where you're coming from but unfortunately, I can't help you in this particular case.
