Contact Info for CAS

Does anyone know how to get in contact with these clowns? I've been trying for over a month to get paid and they don't respond.

They have a GPWA approved logo on their website but no forum on here?

I received an email a few days ago from someone called Christy Smith saying they have cleaned up their act and wanted to work with us etc. I never responded, but the email addresses she used were the following :

christy.smith@playerclubrewards.com and christy.smith.pcr@gmail.com

The first email address was on an email she sent in November and the gmail address was the one she used a few days ago. ( The fact that it was a gmail address scared me off somewhat )
