I'd also like to add that I think they both share equal blame and both knew everything that was going in (be it after the fact as Lou implies) all of the dealings they had going on.
I have nothing against Warren as I don't know him, never met him and I've never communicated with him online much exect during the CAP fallout. I was disappointed that he did not contact me regarding the audit because I did not deal with Lou exclusively and it was IMO Warren & Arjun that tried to 'throw me under the bus' for their error while dealing with Josh, but that's another story.

I think that happened because no one was communicating with anyone else... things were falling apart due to deep seated disagreements.
But - all water under the bridge.
