Default CozyPartners - Be Aware (No paid to affiliates)!

Within two months i help to my friend, who is also affiliate, to get his money from Cozy Partners (affiliate program for several UKGC lisensed brands).

The payment is only: ~ 218 GBP. 2 Months we try to get this money. And within two months we get lie from CozyPartners affiliate team.

    Part 1 (January 2019).

218 GBP on affiliate account balance. Minmum for affiliate payment: 200 GBP. Affiliate team reject to pay. Reason: balance < 200 GBP. We send screenshots from they own stats with 218 GBP. After 9 letters from us and after threats to write a complaint to the UKGC they agree that affiliate comission must be pay.

    Part 2 (February 2019).

Usualy international wire transfer from any part of the planet to Russian bank takes from 2 to 5 buinsess days. All that you need for this: Account Holders name, SWIFT code, account number. That is all.

CozyPartners ~ 6 times ask from us this bank details. We sent it ~ 6 times. But still waiting money. The CozyPartner manager Nagaraj Gunadala (Raj) every time coming up with new reasons why wire transfer is not come. Last time reason - our bank reject it. From mr. Nagaraj Gunadala (Raj) version.

Send wire transfer to Russia - is the simpliest operation. I don't belive that CozyPartners managers don't know how to do it.

My point of view - this croupe have serious financial problems, and they delay payments under contrived reasons.

There seems to be many casino operators with these common issues which leaves us affiliates to suffer needlessly just because they can't sort things out. They need to realise the true worth of their affiliates and just how very important their role is in this industry.

CozyPartners are doing this repeatedly from time to time. I know people, who are not coming from Russia and waiting for more than a year now, and all the time the only action are the same excuses and stalling tactics again and again.

Without any doubt they are doing this intentionally, and also this lying representative from India you mentioned, fits into the CozyPartners pattern.

Years ago, they started a migration without notifying affiliates, which also did not happened by accident.

They are far away from being good people.

    Thanks Leopold.

I would like to send complaint go UKGC. I know, that UKGC do not resolve cases between affiliates and operators.

But i think, that anyway UKGC must know that CozyPartners have very high probability of financial problems. This is mean, that any day they may run away with players money.

Guys who don't pay 218 GBP within 2 months and have debts with another affiliates (more than 1 year) don't have the right to be are UKGC license holders. This is to dangerous to give license for this people. UKGC must check ASAP accounting books of this guys and ask some questions.

    Reason: Possible financial fraud.

UKGC need 20 working days for investigation.

We were told that payment is only made when a brand is in positive equity.

E.g. affiliate X earns £100 in the month, but Bingo Brand ends the month -£1000 revshare. Therefore payment is not made to the affiliate until the revshare of that brand becomes positive.

The only problem is that you never have any idea which brands are doing well...

You are my man, Moonlight Cat.
On the contrary to the most, who have either only a big mouth or telling the usual wishy-washy, you are a man of action.

Regardless of the outcome, this is the way I appreciate.

And look Moonlight Cat, what the Gambling Commission had to say about ElectraWorks one year ago:

    "Licensee name: ElectraWorks Limited

    Sanctions: Warning with financial penalty
    Decision date: 26 January 2018
Licence type: Combined Remote Bingo and Casino

Following a licence review, the Commission decided it was appropriate to give ElectraWorks Limited a warning under section 117(1)(a) of the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act) and to impose a financial penalty of £350,000 under section 121 of the Act"

    Source: https://secure.gamblingcommission.go...h/Detail/39011

The reasons are unimportant. Important is, that they are already known by the Gambling Commission "Police", so filing a complaint today makes that issue a little bit more serious.

As usual in this wonderful industry, the outcome of the complaint is uncertain, but sending a strong signal is better than blah blah blah or "good" advices.

Thanks Leopold. I know two things:

    1. This company ElectraWorks Limited - is company from Gibraltar, and they have some connection with Bwin.
    2. We have now this situation:

2.1. ElectraWorks Limited > This is UK license holder.
    2.2. Cozy Games Management Ltd.
    https://www.bloomberg.com/research/s...apId=278837639

This company - is platform. It is provide software and affiliate operations.
    https://www.cozygames.com/
    https://www.cozypartners.com/

So anybody explain me, what mean this letter from Nagaraj Gunadala (if i understand right this is Cozy Partners manager).

the owner of the website would make the payment himself. (We just facilitate the payment in between the websites’ owners and affiliates)

What mean "website owners"?????????????????????????? All site have one UK license. Or in reality
diffirent unknow owners work under one UK license?

If i understand right they have pul of diffirent unknown owners who work under one UK license and via one platform. This is confirm that loquax say above. They don't sum revenue share, because diffirent brands have diffirent unknown owners.

Is it legal from UK gambling laws?

Of course i respect someone else's business. Generaly this is not my business, but they don't pay to may friend small amount = 218 GBP.
218 GBP!!! They lie to my friend withing two months for this sum. They provide us very strange documents from bank.

Or may be they cheating real owners? Say owners that they pay to affiliates but don't do this? I don't know, but if legal UK brand delay payment for 2 months for one affiliate, for 1 year to another...what we must think after this? I have only one idea. Somebody stealing affiliates money!

p.s. i sent to UKGC link to this thread. So if you have some problems with CozyPartners and they brands - welcome to write here.

Sounds like they're playing the tired, old "Income Access Network game" where they are the provider, the program, etc... until something goes wrong. Then, suddenly it is not their program, they are not in charge, and they cannot help. The change from using the pronoun "we" to using the pronoun "they".

I think this is CVG / Cozy office in Hyderabad, India.

Hello. My name is *** and i am representative of Cozy Partners Affiliate ID: 277. If i am understand right, your branch in Hyderabad (India) is provide affiliates payments.

Affiliates payment for Affiliate ID: 277 not paid since December 2018 (+ two months delay). Cozy Partners / GVC manager Nagaraj Gunadala every time find very strange reasons why they don't pay.

Also we know that payment to some another affiliates delay more than one year. More information here: https://www.gpwa.org/forum/cozypartn...tml#post903929

We think that this must be possible financial fraud in your Hyderabad, India branch. We think that your must make an financial audit in GVC Hyderabad, India branch ASAP.

Also we would like to inform you, that yesterday (04 March 2019) we sent all informatation and official complains against GVC, ElectraWork ltd (as UK license holder), Cozy Games and Cozy Managment ltd, to UKGC (United Kingdom Gambling Comission).

Delay affiliate payments for such long time and debt to affiliates have very negative impact to all CVG brands. I think this information also must be very important for CVG shareholders. Once again sorry for my poor English.

    Best Regards

Ok, finally they paid. Today, after 2 months of excuse and after 96 hours after our complains to UKGC and to GVC Holding and to GVC Shareholders they remembered how to do international wire transfer for affiliates. As we see this is not so difficult to pay for affiliates if you want to do this. International wire transfer from UK HSBC to Russian bank taked only several hours.

For all another affiliates, who wait they money from Cozy Partners i am strongly recommended to send email for this address:

    info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk

Theme: Financial violations in GVC Holding (Hydarabad, India branch).

Text: I am Cozy Partners affiliate (ID # Name, Last name) - the subsidiary of GVC . GVC Holding delay my affiliate payments for *** days (months). This may indicate for possible financial violation in GVC Holding and possible financial problems for players*. Please check this information ASAP.

p.s. off course edit this text, because as you see my Engish is not good.

    Copy:

    manager@mobilecasinonetwork.com
    risk@cozygames.com

    investors@gvc-plc.com
    corpdev@gvcgroup.com
    GVC@buchanan.uk.com

    * as we all know UKGC is are group of pathological loafers. Who don't do anything until today except censorship. So i think UKGC bureaucrats will affraid to reject affiliates message if you include this phrase. Because in this case they get full and personal responsibility for all future problems with GVC Holding players.
