CPA vs Revenue Affiliate Schemes

Hi All

I'd be interested to get a "latest update" on how CPA and Revenue schemes compare in terms of providing revenue as an affiliate.

I'd be obliged if you'd only vote if you have experience with both types of scheme as the idea is to find out not which is most popular, but which is most successful.
