Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin when you submit your affiliate application form located at here and will continue until either party notifies the other party that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, in which case this Agreement will be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, BY EITHER PARTY.

For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification.

Without derogating from the termination at will provision above, we will immediately terminate this Agreement if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you or any of your Players are engaged in Fraud or if your site is aimed at minors (below the age of 18 or a higher age as determined in any applicable jurisdiction); involves Excluded Territories; promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; violates intellectual property rights (of ours, any Sites' or any third party's); includes content which is libelous, obscene, sexually explicit or violent; promotes any unlawful activities; or is unsuitable or inappropriate in our discretion.

If there is no activity in your account for forty five days, we will deem this Agreement to have been terminated by you without notice.

Looks like we will quickly be able to label 'The New CPays', i.e., 'Affiliates United Network' as:

Predatory.

These terms are absolutely ridiculous. We will put them on the docket for review. Of course we will have to attempt arbitration almost immediately based upon that term.

You bet your entering into a new dimension in more ways than one. I suggest sparing you some real embarrassment by changing your predatory T&C’s. Been seeing my fair share unethical marketing practices lately. Not happy my site being used for you own wallet a cowardly act.

I offer no proof for let the public record speak for itself. I also suggest paying all outstanding affiliate debts be paid. No reason to hang onto other people's hard earned money.

Because if you are we have lots to talk about. Many of your top affiliates should be terminated based on this alone.

Many webmasters might not share my opinion and I respect that. But this program until AGD approved is complete BS. Predatory terms combined with all the other crap I see regularly is nauseating. Be for warned don’t dance with the devil!
