They sure are some heavy fines that they get slapped with. I mean, if these operators won't do the right thing by themselves and others, they can expect more than just heavy fines to worry about. People will also not want to work with them Is the simplest one. Awesome video, J.Todd. You're always hard at work to bring us only the finest news for our industry.

Just watched, another fun report, loved that scenery again. Personally, I know people feel strongly about federal oversight of things, but...

Would love to see some kind of national change, such as:

    1. All US citizens 18 or 21 and older are immediately allowed to partake of online gambling, poker and sports betting by right, regardless of location, and regardless of online venue location (as long as it's a domestic legal regulated one of course, that is). Kind of like driving a car. The states can decide whether such businesses are allowed to be formed in their state, not whether John or Jane in Florida are allowed to make use of a site offered from California or Nashville.

    2. Affiliates can be licensed and approved nationally - one approval for all states. None of this apply, jump through massive hoops and pay $x,xxx's to every single state. If they want, each state can get a share of the national license fees.

    3. But of course, no one whose real agenda is obstructionism or prohibition, especially those who were part of PASPA, UIGEA, RAWA, Adelson, Donner, Rudolph, Blitzen, Dopey, Grumpy, and Snoopy are allowed to meddle in it. Okay well those last six are good guys, but you know what I mean.

Totally unrealistic, never gonna happen? Yeah, probably. But a guy can dream.

And "never say never." (Okay well sometimes "never" is applicable, but not in this case.)
