Data only goes back to 4 July 2010

Trying to run some reports and when I chose custom dates I could only go back as far as July 2010. I then tried using the 'This Year' filter and 'Last Year' filters and the same problem. This Year gives from 4 July 2010 to today and Last Year gives from 4 July 2010 to 4 July 2010.

Think this might be just for sub-affiliate reporting.

Hi Jarvi,

Did you mean to write you only go back to July 2009? You should be able to back as far as July 2009 when we changed the system. If you would like to run a report for any date before that you can ask your affiliate manager to run the report for you. Please let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Robin, it is definitely 2010. Note, as I said in the original, this is sub-affilaite reports. See the attached screenshots.

Robin, nearly a month later and no answer and no resolution. I need to be able to see this data to check some other things from Marc and Mark.

It seems that you are right. You cannot run these reports from before July 2010. You have to have your affiliate manager run the report for you and I thought thats what Mark did? I will speak to Mark and Marc about this.

Robin, yes I have the reports from Marc/Mark which were produced via a backend query. What I wanted to do was double check some things for myself via the frontend.

Are you saying it is not going to be fixed?

This has not been corrected yet as you have seen.
I don't believe this will be corrected in the next few weeks either.
This is one of the reasons I exported the data from the db for you.
For what you are trying to check the solution to check on the portal will unfortunately not be very soon.
Let me know what you want to do as to wait weeks more to double check the export might not be the best option for you.
Maybe I can help some other way.

I checked and it won't solve it.
So the answer is as before - you can't go further back than that for now.
