Deposits from the last 2 days suddenly disappeared

Hi ,

iam checking every hour my stats , now i saw that suddenly the deposits of the 2 last days disappeared ....

I had for the 11 Oct about 3000$ , and for the 12 Oct about 4500-5000 $ and now
for both days deposit is 0 $

My TLR fall down from 5400 $ to 2400 $

Step by Step my stats changed

at first deposits of one player from last 2 days are suddenly disappeared (deposits about 8000$)
then you have only seen "casino net gaming" also about his deposit sum of this player
at least the player disappeared comletly from the stats for the last 2 days


Anyone have the same Problem ?

I have not seen this happen, but for the future you may want to start taking screen shots of activity reports so that if in fact it does change later you have docummentation of the missing data.

..... now i see that the EP stats have since few hrs completly stopped working if i look into my other analytic programs

This is really really worrying but it could just be a genuine error in the stats/system. We have often seen stats and columns disapear and reapear on playtech backed affiliate networks, maybe its just reporting issues they have.

This Player have won about 17000$ (12000$ and 5000$) in the last 2 Months , this was also not an issue.

i saw the deposits step by step .... every hour i looked in my stats and saw even more deposits and growing up the "Casino Total Wins" , "Casino Net Gaming" , "TLR" columns

i follow this over few hours then after my TLR was 5400$ suddenly my TLR changed in 1 hour down to 2400$ , then i saw that the deposits was suddenly 0$ for the last 2 Days
also "Casino Total Wins" from this player was disappeared but the "Casino Net Gaming"
was the same..... and one our later was also the "Casino Net Gaming" column of this player
disappeared and 0$

Interesting. Looks like Euro Partners decided to just steal the player from you. Not surprising, though; this group is as shady as they come.

Why has no one from Europartners responded here ? I find it quite unbelievable that this can happen. How on earth can a company behave in this way , if it is true . Europartners are owned by Playtech . They are a publicly listed company .

If this is true then we must call into question the stats of all the programs on this particular piece of software . That would be Europartners and Affiliates United . Is the same thing happening at them ?

I decided a long time ago to get rid of Europartner brands and am very happy to have done so. Recently they have tried again to get onto my sites . No chance . A paid media deal - yes - revshare - forget about it . When will webmasters learn . i thinkt that these people make the guys at Virtual look like part timers .

Got to agree with you, I wonder how many more posts like this and screwing around it will take for webmasters to take note. If you want a honest, reliable and long-term partner then don't choose Europartners, simple.
