In response to your last post:
1. Yes, the player did withdraw $22,241.19 and this is a one of the benefits for some of our VIP level players and was negotiated by our VIP support team.
2. Your player contacted us about this deposit claimingg he/she did not make the deposit. They did ask for a chargeback but no chargeback was made since it is the casino's policy if a claim such as this is made by a player and they ask for a chargeback the acount first will have to go through an investigation by our fraud and securties department before it can be determined if a chargeback will be given. This account is still under investigation, hence this is why it is frozen and you do not see any chargebacks in the chargeback column since no chargeback has been made.
3. Your player made the claim that someone hacked his/her computer and made the deposit, not us and this is another reason why we are investigating this claim before a chargeback is made.
