I think the rules said your cannot refer direct friends. But how would they know they're your friends.
But I wish I get paid for that since I got many friends to refer.

All being well in a couple of weeks I will an awsome refer a friend package for you.

I would even go as far as saying this is a first in the industry.

This is a great idea Shaun, if I am following this... it will be like:

    1. Affiliate refers player (aka gets a sign up)
    2. Sign up refers a friend and gets the bonus
    3. Affiliate gets a cut.
So if I am on the right track, the player I referred becomes somewhat of sub aff. to me? Anyone they refer gets me some cash?

Well done sir! Quite the innovator there

    Chips

You are on teh same track.

Let me explain right now we have refer a friend (RAF) lets take Pay No Rake as teh example, you send me 1 player he the send me 10 players you get nothing, now how about if those 10 players then got tagged to you and you made earnt rake on every player, so instead of the player pushing RAF the affiliates push it, so in a sense yes he is your sub affiliate.

    What do you think???

I think to work and in this industry and be successful you have to be innovator, i do not have the marketing budgets like PS or FTP so i need to think outside of the box.

Correct me if I wrong, it sounds more like a pyramiding affiliates program. Isn't it illegal?

I though it's illegal since some of the pyramid sort of marketing programs in our country are scams thus the government banned it already.

But I think your idea wouldn't be that vulnerable to scam.

I assume the referred friend would need to make a deposit before the referrer would receive a bonus for bringing them in? I'm sure it can be set up to avoid scams.

I think it's great Shaun. I've always looked at refer-a-friend as dirty words.
I would promote it under these circumstances. I like the idea of tagging them as opposed to a cpa sort of thing.

I think you are on to something here and others may follow.

I have been working in the industry for a while and I have seen enough scams that have caused players and affiliates to get screwed of a serious amount of money, do you really think i would want to damage my name of my companies name?

So from what you are saying having sub affiliates would be illegal as this is a pyramid marketing!!!!!

I do not think are alone in thinking refer a friend is a bunch of dirty words, as i have always said I see working with affiliates as a joint venture, one that we should both profit from i want my affiliates to shares in my wins and share mu losses this is why i want to include refer a frined within those wins.

The definition of pyramid scheme can be found here:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme

basically to be an illegal pyramid scheme you have to be asking for money from people to gain them money.

The idea spawned by shaun is not an illegal pyramid scheme and has, as far as i am concerned an awful lot of mileage in it.
