Hello,

After another week of pointless waiting for Domgame replay, I have decided to make our case public and warn all of you guys about Domgame affiliate program.

We have joined in May, negotiating 30% of gross revenue share. The only cost that had been deducted from commission was a rakeback.

In first month we had bring 73 new players that made 500 eur rake. Our commission was calculated as minus 150 eur !

I have send several e-mails asking how this commision was counted, but didn't received any replay.

So maybe here I will get some answers.

First of all I am very surprised that you post this message on GPWA and do not discuss it with us directly.
You have the email, phone number and skype of our Polish affiliation manager. We are not aware that you were waiting for a reply from us.
Furthermore you have my email and skype - so there is lot of opportunity to talk.
To be more specific and let you also know our point of view:
- The terms and conditions of our affilation program are outlined here clearly and you should read them when you sign-up.

- I also want to note that we have done a lot of effort for your players (leagues, freerolls, rake races, flat rakeback, etc.) but they seem only to come by to cash in and not stay. You brought 73 registrations and not new players! So whoever those few deposited players were, the have left right after the promotion.
- We had much less players than you had promised for this league and rake races and - you had promised to make up if this case happens - which you did not do.
- the statements for the affiliates are send by email -since you signed up somewhen in June, you will get the detailed statement this month.
So if you want to talk to Lukasz, our Polish manager that you know very well or to me we are willing to take this further. But taking that public is not the best way to create trust in our co-operation.

I have send several e-mail to Lukasz (last one a week ago), and all the time my question about commissions was omitted. The last one was a 9 day ago and I didn't received any answer. And I have written there clearly - that it will be my last e-mail and if I didn't get replay - I will made this case public. So this is not true that you are not aware about my problem.

About T&C - That wasn't a standard deal - this is why I get 30% RS from a beginning. And I ask Lukasz not one time, but two times - how the commission is counted and what is deducted.

I have signed up 29/04/2011, not in June.

So I ask once again - how this commission is calculated? Because numbers don't lie, and if 30% RS from 500 eur = minus 150 - there obviously is something wrong. And you cannot expect that we will promote you any longer.

You do not want to discuss this on skype which I would prefer - ok.

Lukasz is a great guy and does a great job - and if he misses an email, you can call him in Polish on skype anytime - as you always used to do.
Also my skype address is visible on the site as well as our support email and our affiliate email is know to you.
Note also that we do not react to threats - we are not in a kindergarden here.

This is our standard revenue-share deal, only your commission was higher.
Explanation - you asked a special bonus for your players that are deducted in our system as a cost. Normal sign-up bonus are shared cost between the affilate and us. Tournament costs, chargebacks, etc are deducted from the affiliate's basis for commission.
Lukasz will now send you an email with your detailed account statement.

Now I would like to ask why 1/you brought less players than you had promised 2/you did not give us extra promotion that you promised if the number of deposits is less than X players 3/the overall balance of this very unsuccessful promotion is negative? 4/Nobody of your players stayed on?

You can say our software is bad - ok we are not full-tilt but the entraction network is still one of the top networks in the industry and both our sign-up bonus offer and rakeback deals (30%/45%) as well as tournament structure are competitive. And we have an European license...

Fact is that you send over a bunch of bonus hunters that left the next day.

I am happy to invest into a long-term co-operation but I think it is crystal clear to everyone how this promotion went.
And I am sorry if the communication did not go the way it should have been but we will work on that - note that we are on the Polish market only since a couple of months.

And again - I am willing to discuss a solution on skype if you wish.

2. I didn't promise you nothing more than a online promotion

Yes, Lukas ask me about calculations how many players we can bring. I said
that usually in this kind of promotion we can bring about 50 depositing
players.

Yes is true that we have bring less - 22.

But there was no talk AT ALL about extra promotion if we bring less
players! So please don't lie!

More of this - if you was so disappointed with results, why Lukas ask
me for another league in June?

3. Why our players didn't stayed on

I really wasn't want to discuss this matter on public, but if you ask
I don't have a choice.

First of all, Lukas (or other person registered with nick Domgame)
made a promise on our forum, that every player who cannot participate
in first tournament will get free 2 eur. Players never get that money,
and 3 weeks later user Domgame written that this information was his
personal error and he can send this money to users from his personal
account...

Second of all, our players asking 3 times and have waited 8 days just to hear a results of
our rakerace. And another few to receive a prizes

So it isn't a problem of a software. You have lost a thrust of our players, so they
move to another Entraction skin.

I think this goes out of hand and becomes somewhat emotional - and I do not believe that half of the world is interested in that.

If you are willing to discuss this reasonable and not accuse me of lying constantly please contact me on skype.
We will also include Lucasz in this discussion - I cannot speak now on his behalf and what one said and what the other said and so on.

I excuse myself to comment this since it appartently does not stop haunting us. We are very happy that you are apparently interested in our affiliate program and are sorry that this unfortunate story seems to be the only thing you find about us. I actually think this whole mess does not look good for the affiliate. I am still of the opinion that also the affiliate should also give a service to the partner and not only the partner to the affiliate. A relationship always works both ways. All our affiliate partners contact us directly if any issues arise and do not wash "dirty laundry" in the public.
However, we would be very happy to explain to you this particular case in detail if necessary (I really do not want to elaborate here anymore on the details of this deal) as well as to give you more information on our affiliate program and also provide a list of references of affiliates that understand our revenue share calculation - which is actually pretty standard in the industry.

Usually im posting new examples of unethical behaviour , but here im really suprised because Domgame is "clear" and in my opinion they are one of the most affiliate friendly programs which i know. (great support,affiliate reports, super fast payments etc).

I just checked other entraction poker affiliates , and f.e. igamefriends (24hpoker) has in their terms :
"3.2. For Poker, Net Revenue will be calculated as the gross rake less following costs:

• Bonuses
• Tournament Sponsorship
• VIP tournament Bonus
• Monthly VIP Bonus
• Flat Rake Back Bonuses
• Charge Backs (Credit Card fraud)
• Deposit Costs
• 20% administration fee

The gross rake includes rake from cash games (Caribbean Stud and Mini Casino are excluded) and fees from tournaments."

Domgame terms:

"3.2. For Poker Gross Revenue will be calculated as the gross rake less costs for promotions given to the players (bonuses, tournament sponsorship, VIP-points etc) and any costs for chargebacks (Credit Card fraud). The gross rake includes rake from cash games and fees from tournaments."

Finally , i cant find any reason for "domgame warning" post . Also text "We have joined in May, negotiating 30% of gross revenue share. The only cost that had been deducted from commission was a rakeback." is only free interpretation (see point 3.2 of terms).

Im not against silcor , im not ... from Domgame , i just want to post some facts which will help to understand this situation and ... not blacklisting really good affiliate program.

This is the only poker affiliate program in industry that I know where commission can be negative.

Ps. Payment are super fast! They transfer my 0 eur first hour of every month .

Im still not sure where is your problem? Domgame is not the best affiliate program in the world because affiliate programs can be professional or amateurs, can create friendly or predatory terms but not the best ?

And where did you find my sentence about domgame as the best aff program?

And this conversation is without any sense because you did not use either one specific argument showing your right , showing proof of broken T&C or specific cotract.
I see in your posts just your subjective and incorrect interpretation, without a careful analysis of the terms.

I see also screen from your stats with "non-shared costs" section ( T&C point 3.2 ) , and thinking logically non shared costs = freerolls, leagues and other incentives) , because your players have generated about 7 eur rake per player.

Finally, i see the terms of affiliate program (and it doesnt matter if we are talking about entraction, ipoker or ongame) and i cant find in your posts even one word about T&C broken by domgame,

Silcor, im not your enemy , but we should be more objective.

I now recovered our deal from ages ago - we gave you € 1.000 in promotions (bonus, tournaments and cash without wagering for your players).
Your players generated ca. €500 in rake.
How do you expect your affiliate balance to be positive?
Apparently all your players left after having taken out the cash...
