Downloads vs Registered Players

I am new to this and just have a quick question. I have had x downloads and no registered players. What exactly does this mean? People have downloaded and not signed up? Why would people do this? Is this common?

is a excel i made some time ago so u can see averages. Is a rule of thumb but over time the goals i set up are damn close to almost everyone i have met so far. You can change row 6 and 23 for you own needs..

Is there a program that tracks downloads? Anyone can inform me of the best one??

I only have click tracking, and the clicks (mine are blocked, of course) my tracking shows are heck of a lot more than what shows in my affiliate accounts.
