EcoCard down and out ???

as I replied on another thread .....yes I have .... but I think ... I'll be getting paid one last time this month via eco.

I am worried it'll be close .. from time i get paid to time I can get it out.

Ecocard is ok for Eu ? and not for usa people ?
however ecocard give one good privacy, it don't require the nationality....
