EFBet don't count players as new and reject to pay.

Please help me to understand, i am right or wrong.


EFbet affiliate program have T&C:

5.1 Partner shall be obliged to provide at least two new active clients per month.


5.2 Partner shall have at least 7 active clients for that calendar month.

In February 2018, i have 16 active players and 3 players that make first deposit in February.


But the problem is, that only 1 from these 3 player open account in February.
2 another players open they account in 2017 and 2016. And made they first deposit only now. This is normal from my type of traffic (free games).


But EFbet reject to pay affiliate comission for me. They point of view, that this is only 1 player.


From my point of view this is very strange. By EFbet logic if player registered for example 31 January in 23:59, and made they first deposit 01 February 00:01 - they don't count it as new player.???


I don't know how is possible to work in this style. But i think they don't right.

I tried for explain this, but affiliate manager don't hear me. The problem is, that many times before Efbet always counted this players as new.


But now i don't know, what happens. They change the policy, or this is mistake of affiliate manager, who don't want to check this situation.


If anybody know somebody from Efbet, please send them link to this thread. I think situation must be clear for all affiliates.

But the main problem is, that i think i fulfilled this terms.


The main problem is: how they interpret this rules. They interpret is - if player registration and deposit in diffirent months. EFbet don't count this players as new players.

Yes, this is very stupid rule. Maybe they want to force the small affiliates to push their program in easy way, or they dont want small affiliates at all.
I can't explain this decision. But Bulgaria is small market and not many affiliates, so they are trying the easiest way.
Anyway, you will dont lose your commission. If next month you bring 2 NDC they will pay you for the previous month all the commission.

About the thread which you posted....I am not sure that someoen will reply from EFBET. I dont like their affiliate team as well.
EFBET is monopol in Bulgaria for offline betting. Till last few year was monopol for online too.

I see 3 First Deposit Players here.
EFbet affiliate manager see only one (1) player.
This is the reason for reject my affiliate payment.

The problem is that at the T&C they didnt mention that the 2 new costumers should be NDC (New Depositing Costumer) insted of FTD (First Time Depositer) which are 2 different things.

Stats show clicks, but registration still 0. Anybody have the same problem?
