I have a player who makes last month deposits of total 6212 $ but casino net gaming of this player is only 5186 $ .

This month the player have deposits of total 3808 $ and net gaming 2729 $ .


My questions ?

1.What happened with the 1026 $ from last month ? He must have lose this money because he makes this month new deposits but i dont get commission for the 1026 $ in my stats....... how is this possible ???

My AM said me the calculation is an complicated formula ...... ,

How ever i think there is a mistake because the player is not a new player and get no bonus for this time .....

Why should a player make new deposits of 50 $ example if he have more than 1000 $

I know your affiliate manager has been in touch and has explained you account. I am guessing that this still is not clear to you. The formula is as follows: Casino Net Gaming = (Bets - jackpot_bets - Wins - Bonuses)
We have checked this players account and then rechecked it to be sure that there is nothing wrong with your stats or the calculation.

I have sent you a PM with more specific details on this player's account that I assume you do not want me to share with the entire forum.
These are all points that should initially be discussed with your affiliate manager and not be brought to the forum unless you do not get a response for 48 hours or more. Looking into stats can be done by your affiliate manager and yes it will sometimes take her/him between 24 to 48 hours to get an answer because we want to be sure that everything we send is accurate.

I would appreciate if you would keep this in mind the next time you have an issue nad pleas give your affiliate manager a chance to get back to you before jumping in here and making acusations.
