All right, it took some time and almost 100 e-mails, but I have finally received a payment. So everything is right now settled and we can close this topic.
Thank you Marc & Robin for taking care of this issue.

It it good to see this situation has been settled.
Well done to EP, Silcor and the GPWA for getting a resolution!
The disappointing thing though is the amount of issues that keep arising with Europartners re this kind of tactic. I do feel for Marc as i think he is one of the better and most approachable of Marketing people that i have met. The thing is , Europartners either have no control over the offers that their AMs are making or they are aware of the tactic and are looking in some way to capitalise on situations where webmasters do not complain.
In addition it must take up so much time to resolve these issues and prevent Marc from doing other things. Europartners is now apparently owned by Playtech and they are a publicly listed company in the United Kingdom. Do they not need to show some kind of accountability not only to their marketing partners but to their investors and shreholders. Is it legal for them to make offers and then simply not decide to honour these agreements ? If you can not honour an agreement why make the offer ? Just a few thoughts rolling off my head early in the morning.

Hi Gman
Thanks for the morning insight and the compliment.
Firstly, you are correct that offers have been made by AM's that they should not have made.
If you look at these situations it is usually due to miscommunication or lack of clarity in the start of the campaign.
This happens much less than it used to and we are improving the processes and training on an ongoing basis to resolve this completely.
This is not a tactic at all endorsed by management but rather often an over eager affiliate manager not dotting i's and crossing t's.
I can tell you that the situation is better and will continue to improve.
Unfortunately there were cases from the past and some legacy issues to resolve.
You are also correct that it takes much too much time to resolve.
If you look at the example of silcor (hope he doesnt mind me using his example).
This was a case where the formal approval process was not followed.
So when I heard about about it I had to check all the correspondance and make a decision.
To make matters worse in this case there were also processing issues which delayed the payment further after we agreed.
Regarding Playtech.
The sale is being finalised this month.
We have begun an internal review process with them about this and other issues for the public reporting, so I'm pretty sure this will look quite different soon.
I would like to point out 2 things.
1 - most affiliates do not have these issues, but them happening at all is still too much. We are also improving all the time and i think it is noticable.
2 - I really appreciate the help and understanding that affiliates have shown in dealing with this cases and will continue to be available if needed (hopefully not needed though)
Thanks.
Marc
Statement for 2008-2011
Hi Marc and Robin. We were negotitating a resolution last 40 days and according to you i was paid for everything.I can not accept this resolution.
I have 3 affiliate accounts and you lost my players data...Is it normal?
So i damage all payments and statistic from my affiliate accounts (2007-2011).My last payment from you was on 2008.
I asked Marc to send me the statistic via e-mail but there is no answer. Is it normal to lost players data and ignore affiliates??
Why nobody from GPWA is not interested this case and help me..???
PS I can not open new thread..Strange..What ??

Hi Robert
We have been speaking and I have been updating you.
We also sent the statements for ALL TIME for all your accounts to you today as we said we would.
You contacted us and claimed you had missing players from many years ago.
We spent the last 40 days checking every possible thing including old email correspondence from previous employees, player accounts that were funded, and moneybookers transfer from years ago one by one.
Very simply - we did not lose your players.
You have not sent any players since 2008 when you were last paid.
Out of respect to you and the members of this forum I will not post our correspondence but as you know:
I do not think posting these claims here in this way is fair or going to help you get players that you do not have.
- I have been more than respectful in our dealings
- I have checked every claim that was made
- I have updated along the progress
If you want to continue speaking please feel free to continue emailing me but this forum will not help in this situation.
Thanks.
Marc
