Tell me why New Europartners stats better then Old Europartners stats?

I didn't vote because the option to pick the stats for last years wasn't there.

The standard playtech out-of-the-box stats that worked....and was about 10 or 20 times faster.....

The new playtech stats system is a total crap and a waste of programmers time and someones money! I don't see any advantages! I dont like to promote playtech now only because of this "new" tracking system.

I think the best option is to downgrade to an old system....

Advantages of the new system:

?! I dont see any.

Disadvantages:

1). "One killomiter links"
2). Stats delay
3). Inaccurate stats (I guess).
4). Slow because of the weight of the script programm (slow banners serving)
5). Non Friendly CP

Hi Everyone,

I have seen your posts and would like to apologize for this weekend.
It seems that the system had some trouble updating data this weekend . As soon as we got into the office this morning we went straight to work on the problem.

The process did take a bit longer then we would have liked but all the data is now completely up to date and all stats and reports should be running smoothly.

I am very sorry for any inconvience.

Hi oyropa,

They have told me that the system has been checked and everything should be up to date. In your case I think there is a bit of a misunderstanding, the "top level revenue share" is not calculated from "total casino wins" but from "Casino Net Gaming".

If there is anything else I can help with let me know.

We all want the old stats system back!

At this point I think it's safe to say they have no intention of bringing back the old systrem.

Why would they want to provide us with the system that we all preferred and have been asking for the last 9 months?

Had they LISTENED to us 9 months ago, or had they been able to show REAL progress to fixing the issues 6 or 8 months ago then the frustration levels would not be near as high as they are now and they would have likely gotten past most problems long ago.

After 9 months or more of waiting we have heard about 2 or 3 revisions to the stats backend and yet I do not believe a single problem that has exisited since the first "upgrade" has been addressed.

Stats upgrades and revisions should show improvements, either in speed or reporting capabilities and yet this stats system provides none of that and has been a major step backwards.

The "out-of-the-box" stats that Playtech provides give the affiliate much more data as to their traffic and conversions that you guys have provided us since last summer.

It took more than 6 months (probably closer to 7.5) before you laid out a plan that was more than a month off to revise the stats (the recent revision) before you would even begin to address the issues that arose when you first made the change last summer.

During that time frame you have continued to sign up new affiliates while trying to hold on to exisiting affiliates and your home page continues to say you provide"cutting edge marketing tools and interface" and yet we are still waiting for this to arrive.

Oh and bytheway, the "cutting edge" part doesn't really exist since I am currently using this interface elsewhere and although there are a few improvements over the old system, it's not really that earth shattering, but all improvements no matter how small will be welcome....(if they ever arrive)

Obviously the above I posted is my opinion only and should not be considered anything else, but anyone that has read my posting style over the years can tell you, I always give my HONEST opinion.....

It is now time to fix the stats once and for all.....no more excuses and delays.

Stop going to conferences, fix the stats.

Hi All

There have been problems since the new system, we all know that.
It has taken long to address that, we all agree.

2 months ago we announced moving to a new vendor.
We said it would take roughly 2 months for the transition and then we would address the issues raised one by one.
2 months have passed and we have completed the installation of the new reporting platform which will allow many of the fixes to occur (sub affiliates, profiles etc).

Obviously this has been frustrating for all of us, but progress is being made.
During the course of the week we will publish the scheduled list of fixes as promised 2 months ago.

At the moment we are working to a plan that we announced publicly and we are on schedule.

We appreciate the patience shown thus far by all parties, and we are getting there.

IMO : if affiliates tell you are heading towards the wrong direction and you do not want to listen, you know the other option : the highway.

I do not argue with you what you want to do with your program it is yours but do not expect me to like it because I do not anymore.

Why you install this new system without serious testing?

Before we accepted the system we did a large scale acceptance test and various tests on the platform.
At that point it passed our tests.
Unfortunately since it has been live, it did not perform the same.
Not really a good answer, but that's what happened.
