But Marc,

some of us are web developpers (like me for example), and some bugs on the website seems to be SO STUPID ! Why not correct them first ? Like the stats on the first page of the dashboard ?

The biggest fault I personally think was NOT coming to US....in the first place and having US test the software and backend before it was rolled out.....

Then the "bugs" would have been seen almost immediately and could have been implemented before the software went live....

And if the bugs still existed (which they still do) the software changes did not have to have been made and Europartners would not currently have as much egg on their face since although they might still have the old stats up....but at least the stats they had would not have been a step backwards.

One year ago I could log in to my Europartners stats EXACTLY WHICH WEBSITE that EVERY SINGLE VISITOR came from.

I can not now and have not been able to do that since last year....

Hi,

Gate404 - You are right.
Some of these were in the initial bug list and we thought would be fixed immediately.
Clearly we were wrong.
I will be posting an update tomorrow on the fixes.
We asked for 2 months (2 months ago) and affiliates were understanding and agreed.
Now we are focusing on the list of fixes as agreed.

Rick - You are correct.
We will not make that mistake again.
For the fixes now and for the list of things to be worked on we do want affiliate involvement.
We have realised we can all only benefit from this interaction.
I will be posting an update tomorrow.

Hi BillyBoy

Before we accepted the system we did a large scale acceptance test and various tests on the platform.
At that point it passed our tests.
Unfortunately since it has been live, it did not perform the same.
Not really a good answer, but that's what happened.

Hi Marc. Honestly I think this software was released as a Beta version (or even Alpha), possibly the testing was performed, but not on the large scales.... was it tested, say.... on 100000 clicks per second from different Ips? I dont think so...

Whats happening how, we are all Beta testers We dont like it... why your management refuse to downgrade to an old (good, stable) version?

Or, i have an idea. You can run an old version on different servers, and host an old version say... on your old domain (CasinoPartners.com for example *** BTW why its not redirecting to europartners.com ?! :-O ).

Thats technically possible, and you will give a choice to affiliates which tracking system to use.

Marc, as you can see, no one like the new stats system. Instead of trying to improve that new (unwanted) stats system... why don't you simply downgrade to an old system? This software is bad written, to fix it, I think the vendor have to rewrite the core from scratch.

PS: Now I am seriously thinking of dropping all the playtech's programs who using this "new", broken tracking system.

The updates we have received so far from new vendors is good and that there are imminent fixes.

Hi BillyBoy,

If you login in to Euro Partners and you go to your account and go to Advance stats there is a clock there that will tell you when the stats were last updated. Currently everything should be up to date.

Dashboard wasn't including sub-affiliate revenue, so it's not fixed.

Robin, please elaborate on that for me. Am I understanding it correctly? The dashboard in August will say $0 once the payment for July earnings has been made? If BillyBoy's earning money in August why would the dashboard be showing $0 because he hasn't been paid for August yet?

Perhaps just the terminology is wrong because it has the heading Revenue and the line for Current Month. I'm sure to me and most others, that means the number is the earnings we have made for the current month.

By the way the dashboard still doesn't show sub-affiliate revenue.

Hi Jarvi and Billyboy,

Sorry that I was not clear in my last post. The Dashboard shows the Top Level Revenue, meaning its updated to show the amount the affiliate is earning for that month. It will constantly update as you earn. It goes back down to $0 at the beginning of the month when payment for previous month is sent. But yes it does continuously update as you earn. Billyboy - we just checked your account and your Dashboard now reflect your earning for this month thus far.

AS for subaffiliate reports, this is still under development. If you would like to see this report then your affiliate manager can send you a manual calculation of the revenue your sub affiliates earned.

I hope this has cleared up any confusion.
