I did get the sub-affiliate report from Mark last month although I wasn't able to check anything because the reporting via the interface was giving the total revenue (regardless of tier level) for all sub-affiliates rather than the filtered sub-affiliate I would chose. I'm yet to hear back from Mark about this problem.

Mark has in been in Canada for the past week with limited access to email. He will be back in a couple of days and I will let him know you would like to speak with him regarding this issue when he returns.

Robin, perhaps Mark should put an autoreply on his email or have some-one else check it. It is unacceptable for replies to go unanswered since 11 August.

I wanted to just point out that Mark had to leave rather quickly due to an emergency back in Canada and therefore probably didn't have the time.

Mark is one of our best Affiliate Managers and this was one of the reasons we put you with him, but if you would like to work with someone else I can see what I can do.

Also I wanna a know why don´t you let us see the players details? Why are we restricted to see only the earnings and not how did we get that earnings?

Hi Jarvi and Billyboy,

Sorry that I was not clear in my last post. The Dashboard shows the Top Level Revenue, meaning its updated to show the amount the affiliate is earning for that month. It will constantly update as you earn. It goes back down to $0 at the beginning of the month when payment for previous month is sent. But yes it does continuously update as you earn. Billyboy - we just checked your account and your Dashboard now reflect your earning for this month thus far.

AS for subaffiliate reports, this is still under development. If you would like to see this report then your affiliate manager can send you a manual calculation of the revenue your sub affiliates earned.

I hope this has cleared up any confusion.

Robin, sorry, but i don't understand.

I think that Dashboard must = Top Level Revenue

But I see that

Top Level Revenue = $xx for current month
Dashboard = $0 for current month.

Hi BillyBoy,

I am not quite sure what you are seeing. Following your complaint our IT team looked into your account and in the Revenues box we see an amount. What is showing you $0? Please explain more clearly or please send a screenshot. Did you speak to Isabella about this, she might be able to help you more one on one.

The report you have at the moment is the default report. If you require other fields added you can speak to your Affiliate Manager and he/she can help you.

I was just wondering because stats showed I was due a payment from last month and I never received an invoice as I did in the past.

Oh well - it wasn't much anyway - I'm sure they will carry it over and erase it this month with a winner.

DOH - it seems that the reason I didnt get a payment was because there was a big winner back in June .... yah June.

If the stats weren't so intentionally confusing I'd have known that without having to do any further research!

I guess its past time for a website update.
