Europartner Payments due?

Hi

Can somebody tell me if I am due payment or not. I'll explain:

After several months, in October, I finally accumulated over $350USD positive. So at the end of the month, I asked for payment. It never came.

In the meantime, in November, I had a bad month, with a negative balance like a 1,000USD (rounded).

Nevertheless, I have been asking for the October payment over several weeks now, with no answer, until the aff manager tells me now "you have Negative 750 accumulated (as of today, dec. 30)".

As far as I know, there is no negative carry over, correct?

One way or another, I am sick of these sleezy casinos and their affiliate managers and seeing this industry just like the rest of the public - Untrustworty. I bust my butt promoting these guys, then they only find ways of short-ending you.

Can someone tell me if they owe me money or not?

I have just spoken to your affiliate manager and looked at your account.

We do have a negative carry over policy.
This is included in the terms and conditions when you register with the program.
At the end of October (before the bad month), you were positive ~$80 not $350 because of being negative the months before that.

If you were positive $350 at the end of October then you would be owed the payment even if November was negative.
I was hoping that was the case because then the payment could easily be issued.
Unfortunately there has been no month where you have been positive over $250 to receive payment.

I would recommend and ask that you please speak to Thomas directly as he has been looking at this in more detail today and has some more information regarding the negative.

I would just like to make the point that we did not do anything sleezy or change anything against the terms that you read and agreed to when joining the program.
That having been said, as an affiliate of ours we can try help you regarding the negative/cash flow issue.
