    EuroPartner Stats - Big issue

    Hello all

I am starting my partnership with Europartners and I am a small affiliate so far. But I noticed something VERY strange in the stats a few days ago,

In the morning, when I check all my results, I had 3 new players and around 230$ comission for the month. I clicked the advance stats and I saw the details about those 3 players. They made that comission in the past 2 days.

A few hours later, 2 players simply disappeared from the stats, and so the stats for the past 3 days. My comission went from 230$ to 5 dollars only.

I am still waiting for a reply from the manager, but I see I'm not the first person having problems with the stats. It looks like they're not very reliable.

Anyone has the same "problem"? I really don't know what to think and I'm almost sure that "I've seen this before"...

    Hi casasdeapostas.info

Please PM me or email me your account information so I can look into this and follow up with your affiliate manager.
Not sure why this would happen and I want to look into this further for you.

    Best,

    Europartner Issues

It seems to me that there is a constant flow of Europartner issues. I myself gave up on them a long time ago , i gave them another go for a brief period because of Marc Keningsberg ( i hope i spelt that right ) but it seems to me that the Affiliate program that is owned by Playtech ( a publicly listed company on the LSE ) is attracting a rather massive amount of issues on a weekly basis.

Robin how could players simply disappear from an affiliates account ? How is it possible for this to happen ?

Please can you advise here re what has happened to the affiliates players instead of keeping this behind closed doors. I am sure that there are many that would be interested in finding out how players and commission can simply disappear.

Yes please keep this thread going because if they are caught without an explanation they will of course lose their sponsorship to GPWA correct?

I doubt it Pumacat - the thing is , there is such a lack of transparency on programs that they could invent something and the GPWA would have to swallow it - i myself believe as i have told marc previously - that where there is smoke there is fire , there are so many issues with Europartners - well i guess its up to the individual to decide on wether to promote them or not.

I prefer to stick to smaller , more affiliate friendly Playtech programs that convert decently and treat you like gold.

I Have no proof or printscreen, but you can believe me.. I am 100% sure about what I'm saying.

    1st - I'm not blind / 2nd - I'm not insane / 3rd - I'm not a liar and I am just a small affiliate.

And I know that affiliate system VERY WELL because I work with William Hill since a long time ago and they have exactly the same system. Sometimes you find a small difference between the Comission on 1st page and the actual comission, but it's only a few dollars (probably because of delay, I'm not sure). But on William Hill I NEVER found a missing player and missing comissions. The revenue was there in the first page and I know what I am talking about. I have no idea why it happened and I'm really curious about the reason.

    Its sad really.

    I´m not surprised.
I´ve talked to my Europartners AM today - he told me he "can´t understand my concerns" and went silent when i`ve insisted to get a player list...

Robin, if i don´t get this list (that i´ve requested here: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/no-profile-stats-200030.html - in case you don´t remember) - i`ll be done with EP

We've decided not to promote Euro Partners a long time ago. If you have a look at the amount of player complaints on a daily/weekly basis it causes reason for concern. The question is what will happen if affiliates don't monitor their stats that often? There are way better Playtech casinos to promote. Bottom line don't promote them, you'll save yourself unnecessary anger and frustration.

This program has been plagued with severe issues for years. I don't get why anybody would ever want to promote such cancer to the gambling industry.

    Good point I-Dave

Zoorana it is never to late to just remove them FWIW. Sometimes its best to learn the hard way which i expect maybe you have. Don't worry about it we all make mistakes, its how we learn from them that counts.

    Good luck

    Hi casasdeapostas.info

I have looked into this for you, sorry that it took me so long but I had to properly investigate what happened to this player of yours.
The player contacted Titan Bet support and requested to freeze his account. When a player or risk management choose to freeze an account, you can no longer see that player in your account. Because the player chose to close their account the commission should have still shown in your stats and this is what took me time to today. It appears there was a technical issue when the account was marked as frozen, this issue is being fixed and your account should be restored to the correct balance tomorrow.

I hope this clears things up for you. If you have any more questions or want to follow up with me or your affiliate manager we both would be more then happy to help.

    Best,
    Robin

    Oh well...
I have just contacted my affiliate manager by skype and he told me same story ... with a small detail which makes a BIG difference.

He said the player account was indeed suspended after depositing and losing around 800 Euros and asking your service to close his account.

But he didn't tell me about any technical issue. He said you were afraid of fraud because the player lost 800 Eur and asked to close the account in the same day. (I still don't understand this excuse, because this is a normal procedure for people who wants to avoid losing more and more).

He said you would be waiting a few more days to see if that player is not going to make chargebacks with the Visa cards and after that I am ok to receive my money.

Now I ask you: If I want to commit a credit card fraud, why would I ask you to close my account after I lose all my money? Does it make any difference? I even ask you: does it make any sense? It looks like that's the only reason why I'm not getting my comission in the end of the month. At least it is the official reason. I mean this is ONE of the official versions. Because you have two different ones.

To be honest, everybody is free to think what they want. I know what I think and I'm going to wait a few more days and see what happens. And let me ask you: If I wasn't writing this topic, would you ever notice this "missing comission" on my account? I keep you all updated here.

    Thank you
