EuroPartners doesn’t want to pay April’s commission

Hi everybody!

April 2011 was the first month when I gathered the minimum payout sum on EuroPartners affiliate program. There was a good casino player which loses serious money and generated a big commission for me.

First of all, I contacted my affiliate manager (Eitan Kaufman) on the 2nd of May and asked him to pay commission to my Moneybookers account. He answered me on the next day. Then I completed a special form where I provided my account details for payments, signed it and sent scanned copy to the manager. I did it at the beginning of May 2011 and I was sure that everything is all right.

But the following e-mail from him shocked me. Eitan sent me an e-mail only on 16th of May and told me that he just now saved my payment details. Moreover, he told that all April’s payments on EP have been already sent to all affiliates and I need to wait to the next month to receive the money. It is incredible! He dragged one's feet for a half of the month and said me that I will receive my April’s commission only on June! I believe that on June he will invent one more excuse to put off the payment…


I saw the Vice President of EP’s Marketing on this forum, Marc Kenigsberg. Marc, I sent you an e-mail with my affiliate Id. Can you please devote time to this issue? I hope that you can solve the problem.

i believe i earned a small sum from euro partners in aprill $110, i cant find any record of this in my stats report, i have emailed the support and the affiliate manager numerous times in the past 2 weeks and have not had a single reply, but judging by what other have said on forums i think i will just drop all the ads for europartner casinos and move on

Can anyone understand these stats from europartners, it was showing a balance in my account of $110 for april but now i see no record of it in my history or cashier, the player had sign up quite some time ago on on of my older sites and played at casino bellini, i have asked support and the af manager loads of times via email and have never had a responce, i have dropped all banners and articles for europartners already..if someone can help me understand, and is it europarners that are wrong or myself?

i didnt copy the whole table correct, the $5,566.04 coloum is TOTAL CASINO WINS , the next is WITHDRAWS = $0.00, the $443.13 is CASINO NET GAMING,

you have given yourself some great advice! In the end no matter how much Europartners comes here and spews off how they care and will get back to you - In the end you will get shafted. (Note: This is my personal opinion of how i feel personally- for the benefit of Marc)

You had problems with your account and your affiliate manager in the past.
I personally got involved and spent hours with you on a resolution.
In the end you were offered more than fair resolution and you gladly accepted.
After everything you still post negative and often untrue comments on this forum.
I am getting tired of you flaming on any Euro Partners threads trying to bad mouth the program.
As one professional to another I am asking you nicely to please stop it once and for all.

So you finally aknowledge me now do you? Very interesting after a year of me emailing you several times and cc ing you and you ignoring me. How Nice!

The particular case your talking about was almost 2 years ago Marc. Lots happen in 2 years.
We can rehash it if you want and how it got started if you like since you brought it up. But i recall at the time you asked me to keep it on the down low and not discuss it openly.

Anything I am referring to now is after the fact - since that time you have become non responsive to me at least - which is fine i really do not care anymore.

But if i feel your program is shafting people in certain ways I will express my opinions when and how i see fit. Just you like you contact people when they have issues when you see fit.

These are my personal opinions thus i will continue to share them as i see fit on any occassion i choose.

Please don't make it sound like you have been trying to contact me without success.
When you mailed me directly I responded, when I was cc'ed i usually did not.
That is why you have an account manager.
Anytime you have asked me something or needed something I have responded.

I did not ask to rehash anything.
I am also fully comfortable with all actions that I took in this case.
I think you will agree (and did at the time) that I went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you had a satisfactory resolution.
I asked you not to discuss the details of the resolution and not post or complain about what happened as it was considered resolved.
I think this is completely fair and logical.

In case anyone in this forum has forgotten I am NOT an affiliate manager.
I am in charge of the program.
We have affiliate managers and they have managers to deal with affiliate issues.
I have chosen to get involved in certain cases because I felt they needed me personally to resolve them.
This is more than many other program managers do and I think all here can agree this is a testament to my dedication to the affiliates in this community.
If some people here have taken having access to me the wrong way that is unfortunate.

Anyway you can express any opinions you want just as anyone else on the forum, just as I did earlier.
I am not going to have an argument with you on this thread.
I assumed that you had more important things to do with your time than post negative comments anytime someone mentions the word Euro Partners.

BTW we don't shaft people.
