Europartners lost my player

Hi Everyone, a week ago i notice that my huge player did't play anymore from May 2010 on Titan poker. And i wrote him e-mail. But get answere that nothing happened and he continue to play as usuall.
So i can see him in my statistics in April, but can't see in May, June, July.
I wrote about this problem to my affiliate manager Eitan more then week ago(28 june). He asked a couple of day to solve the problem and wrote me
1 July that i get money for this player as normal and only can't see him in statistics. I cheked this and found no extra money. And still can't see him in my stats.
I wrote to Eitan again, he asked some more time. And up to today he did't solve this problem. And even can't say when he would solve and i get my money(about 2000$-3000$) for May and Juny for this player.

I will look into this issue and see why there is a delay in getting an answer and payment. I will also speak to Marc and see if he can figure out a way to resolve this quickly.

I got june statment today and there is no any extra payments for this player. I hope you solve problem and i will get money for may and june in this month not august.
