Europartners not paying me $2200 August commissions

Hey there,

I am trying to contact my German affiliate manager for over 2 weeks now but not getting anything back from her. So I decided to make a post here and hopefully someone is able to help me. I have generated about $2200 in commission for August but neither received a statement or the money yet. I had problems with Europartners in the past getting my money but at least there was some correspondence. All my other affiliate programmes are paying without any problems its just Europartners. And I really need that money to invest in more projects.

I am also still waiting for about $2500 in August commissions. They said there was a delay because there were holidays ... Which payment method did you specify? I am still waiting for the wire transfer...

Weird, I never had any problems with them before.

I also have wired transfer as payment option. I had problems with them before it seems that they are only paying when they are in the mood. The annoying thing this time is that either my affiliate manager or their payment department is not responding to my Emails.

Did you receive your commission statement? My AM actually gave me a transaction number for the payment. I have now contacted Envoy to see what's going on with that transaction...

No I did not receive the statement either. But noone there is communicating with me thats the big issue I have. If I would know whats going on okay but they are not replying to Emails.

Got my payment today

This was the first delay i've ever had with europartners. I guess my post was just an overreaction because i thought they wouldn't pay :P

I received my payment also today. So everything sorted out. Was just worried because I did not receive a statement and the payment was delayed and noone replied to me Emails. But thanks a lot!

All other payments have gone out.
